Miui is nice rom n the above link is launcher n lock screen
I want to try this Rom is it safe to flash it on my canvas 4?
This is just launcher ,lockscreen and dialer package not a rom ,and no need to even root for this

Cool! Not a complete solution though. Would be nice to make a kernel patch so that /sys/class/leds would contain a new "white" colour - then you could use that in any app that supports LED notification

its possible to make a flashlight on the softkeys, because my handy lies on the back and so you can not see the torch(camera)-light.

For me after installing it says phone process stopped unexpectedly the phone has to settle down then it clears

Tried to flash kernel from 3rd post with mobile Odin and phone would not boot anymore. Blank screen after Samsung splash screen. Was able to Odin back to el26. But it broke my flash.

Am i able to flash the Siyah Kernel with this rom or should i "None" in the Aroma installer screen??

No the kernel is not meant for phone and dangerous thats exactly why i removed the kernels from the rom so even if you clicked it nother would happen it would just flash stock cm kernel

Doesn't matter. All native MIUI versions are for GSM phones. It's a Chinese ROM, so the focus is on GSM phones. Whether he ports it directly from the GNexus or waits until it's working on d2vzw and ports that one, it has to come from a GSM device at some point.
Putting the ILLA in KILLA since 1985
XiaomiServiceFramework.apk is connected to data and phone services I believe you get that fixed and it will fix almost every thing else I had the same issues with ports from the NS4G to the OG epic no modems to services or miui home.....

MIUI Jellybean 4.2.2 Rom port For Sprint Samsung Galaxy SIIIUpdate:The 3.8.30 rom thanks goes @shakim24 and @asianflavor. The issues are phones fcs when other person hangs up. Tried flashing and got a "failed, error executing binary script" also got a "failed trying to flash zip". Checked the md5 and it matches with the rom. Had this problem flashing MIUI v3.6.28. I'm on MIUI v3.6.21 with no flashing problem.
Everything is smooth but yeah MMS is not working

Quick question, if its based on CM does that mean its got the same bugs as all the other CM based ROMS, namely the poor call quality and poor battery life?

I'll give it a bash tonight for sure. Honestly with the awesome-ness that is your BB8.5 (great performance as well as super battery life) it makes it hard to wanna use other ROMs LOL

Guys I didn't make this ROM it from Meizu and they choose CM as base I can't change it and the ROM its open source
i have to say its a great rom, its the smoothest rom out there, no lag at all,there is some bugs the music player doesnt read music from sd card, and the same with the video player, and the keyboard doesnt support arabic, distortion in high volume, the rest looks very good, hope to see updates soon....
