You cant. Cause Nokia X uses Qulacom, not MTK.
So if i want to port rom , it must have a same
chipset?

Yes. Same chipset, same resolution and same Android version.
sorry sir no chance but if u want,u can make a rom from that sources i think

Well on Stock ROM you can't have live wallpaper as there is no wallpaper on home screen.
There must be some way....

There isnt actually as the Launcher itself doesn't support it. However you can put live wallpapers on lockscreen.
