You should be able to find a link to the torrent in the thread, I seed when I can and I think there are others seeding it too.
have someone succeded to download the last 0.9.9 update + AiO RoFusiON v0.2 from his blog before the download links was down?
if yes and you still have the two archive parts, please upload them somewhere, the dropbox links from roeddie.blogspot.ro are totally down and there is no way to download the last 0.9.9 release.
