I want to increase volume in canvas a1 but mtk engineering mode is not working.
Anyone have some method to increase ringtone volume?

I have the v1520. Been searching for almost a week now in various forums, how to unhide the EXT ROM. Been trying every registry setting and unlocking tool and/or other trick there is and that I could find. Been asking senior members here who refer in other posts like they knew something but they don't want to answer anything (that's not polite I think). So far - no luck.
So the question to the public is - how the £%€# does one unhide the the EXT ROM of ASUS P550 / Vodafone v1520 ?
The reason I'm started this quest is that my in-call volume cannot be adjusted (it's too loud). I think it might be one of the provider cabs. So if anyone has one of these devices and either has or has not the in-call volume working/not working, please share info.
Could anyone please comment even on the volume issue?
How to increase in-call volume
With default settings I set in-call volume to max, but this is not helpful...
Is there any way to change over default?
Some hack, or file or something else..?
I tried apps: Volume +, Volume, Volume boost and nothing...
I need this for cm-7.2.0.1-bravo or cm-7-20120819-NIGHTLY-bravo

Because nobody on this forum doesnt help me , I searching with Google and found this:
1) I can flash radio to new version (i have now 32.56.00.32U_5.17.05.23)
and maybe this is solution. But I hear , i can brick phone with wrong radio?
Or if radio is not good, and how to downgrade to old version?
This solution has many risks..
2) Flash with new kernel. I have 2.6.37.6-cynogenmod-gac3270c (nightly build)
This solutin is better because I cant brick phone
But I cannot find kernel list for cyanogen ?
3) Third solution. I heard about Tasker app. With this app I "can" change the in-call volume..
But not over number 5....
Any suggestion?

but my problem is the sound recorder it has three types to record to them
1- amr
2- 3gpp (not 3gp)
the sound after recording of these types is not very good and the size of the file that result is very small
3- wav
the sound after recording of these types is very good and the size of the file that result is very very big
when i was on the official room 2.3.6 there was a type to record --> 3gp ( not 3gpp )
the sound that result from it was very good and the file size is very good too
ex. if i recordrd a sound for 1 hour the file was 60 mB or less ( in android 2.3.6 )
but in arco68 rom with the new type of recording ( wav ) is 1 GB or more
i want to record with the type 3gp as in 2.3.6 official room
anthor thing , i can't find the local radio on the new room (don't need internet connection)

Latest Android Lollipop support manual camera, but M8 do not support camera2 (HAL3.2). So I just wonder, any way I can implement a shutter speed control at accurately 1/60sec? All method I will consider include flash rom, write a new app with JNI, or even modify or make new HAL file. Please help and thanks!
