Hey friends, I am facing a weird problem, when I download something from play store, it downloads as normal, but, in statusbar notification tray, the progress bar don't work, here's a screenshot:

Yeah I am also facing same problem.
But sometimes it shows progress bar correctly.

i have installed sdkcerts.cab and the Colored Top Bar WWE-GREEK Call.cab but i cannot see the colored 3G. My HTC HD still show me the original 3G square icon

so many people have read my post but no one was able to answer ? well i guess is also because you don't have this kind of problem
i have found the reason !!
the cause of what i have wrote before is the application
Advanced_Configuration_Tool_v3.3.cab
Once i uninstalled Advanced_Configuration_Tool_v3.3.cab i can see all taskbar icon correctly. If i install it again then some icon does not work correctly

In fullscreen mode, (pie) on PA Rc2, it creates a weird white bar on the top, I'm not sure why :|

Yeah, that white bar is somehow bugged in PA rc2 fullscreen (Pie) mode (no navbar, no notofication bar, systemwise). I`m having a same issue on my N4 with PA rc2.
For example, when I try and turn the notification bar off in a stock 4.4 N7 rom , there is no white bar in hangouts.
Hello, i just updated my mother's T2 dual to lollipop. I noticed this little key icon on the top right corner of notif. shade, which i think there's should be signal icons on it. Does anybody know what's that meant? And how to get rid of it?

Turn off any theme you have applied and make again a screenshot.
CyanGalaxy is right, no one can help you to identify the Icon you showed here, until it is reverted to stock.
It's probably Vol-Te icon
