[Q] Media Utilities stopped working with Zooper Widget - Zooper Widget General

Hello,
I'm experiencing problems with Media Utilities integration to Zooper Widget.
First let me get the basics,
My Phone: Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini with android 4.2.2.
My Media Player: doubleTwist
So when I saw it was possible to make a media player with Zooper Widget and Media Utilities I decided to give it a try.
I took quite some time to design it, and at first it all worked, now however, without editing anything in the Zooper Widget it stopped working.
I really have no idea whats causing this, I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Media Utilities and changing my media player, but still no luck.
Anyone else experiencing this problem or knows how to fix this?
Also for the ones who want to know (This is my MU and ZW setup)
- MU:
- Ticked off Zooper Widget
- Ticked off Attempt direct control and Send Song Progress (i dont use coverart)
- ZW:
- For play, prev and next I used Module Ontap --> shortcuts --> media utilities controls --> play/pause, previous and next
- For Artist and Track: #TMU_ARTIST# and #TMU_TRACK#
Does any1 know how i can fix this?
Tnx in advance =)

You have to tick on Zooper Widget on MU for it to work.

how would i do this?

So for the first time , i looked at the FM Radio App a few days ago, and i liked the music visualizer background, how exactly would i put this in the music app background as well as something similar to the Music Widget?
i tried decompiling it and messing about with both the apps but couldn't figure it out
ps yes this is going in my rom
pps yes your credits will be found here
Walkman has a separated Music Visualiser... While playing music, on Now Playing screen, press menu button, and choose Visualizer...
question
not that
i like how to FM Radio has the background as the music Visualizer, i wanted to Replace the Walkman background with it, and if people want full screen visualizer then they can open it up in the menu

[Q][ISSUE]Media Player problems

Hello.
I have two problems during creating media player nased on this tutorial:
1.
You’ll notice that I mentioned 4 bitmaps earlier (Previous, Next, Play and Pause), however there are only 3 control bitmaps in the widget. There is a little trick that you can apply that will allow you to swap out bitmaps depending on a certain MU variable. I leave this with you as a challenge.
Click to collapse
Sorry, i am not so smart. How to make play/pause button with replacing icons?
2. I am already using “Now Playing” player and zooper buttons working well (findig this player as my top one) but for cover art and track/artist info i still have displayed data from samsung music player or google player.
After run MU i choosing Now Playing. Reason is that my default player cannot be Now Playing (cant choose this one on my device)?
My device: Galaxy Note 2.
Thanks for answer in adwance.
It's a simple variable expression to switch symbols(play/pause for example).
Create a bitmap for a play button and in the "advanced parameters" section add this variable:
$#TMU_ISPLAYING#=1?[bo]0[/bo]$
Now create another bitmap, this time for your pause button. Add this variable for the advanced parameters:
$#TMU_ISPLAYING#=0?[bo]0[/bo]$
What this does is lowers the opacity of each object depending on what state the widget is in(playing or paused). Make sure your pause bitmap is above your play button in the module manager stack.
As for other issues, what player are you using to play music? You have to make sure Media Utilities supports your music app of choice. Open Music Utilities and go to settings. Make sure you've enabled it to work with Zooper and all other widget utilities, and also make sure to add your media player in the media apps if you haven't done so already. I only use Spotify, Google Play Music and GoneMAD Music Player and it works for all 3 of those apps.

[Q] Autohide Zooper widget and Media Utilities

I have been using a Media Utilities widget on my lockscreen - the reason being that when I'm not using Spotify, the widget is not displayed. When I start playing a song it shows, and after I stop it disappears after a short period of time. Is there any way to incorporate this function into a Zooper widget so that it will only show when music is playing? Thanks

Album art from Power Amp via Media Utilities

Hello everyone!
I am trying to use the current playing track album art in a Zooper widget with the Media Utilities plug-in. I can only make it work with Spotify and BeyondPod, but the image (nor the artist or the track) won't show when using Power AMP. Could someone please give some hints on this?
Thanks in advance!

Zooper is defaultly launching Google Music without my permission

Well weird stuff happened. Its first time im using Zooper and I downloaded "Flat for Zooper Widget Pack". I downloaded Media Utilities too and only Spotify is selected for Music app in MTU. But despite of that, whenever I try to open music from widget, Zooper or MTU is forcing Google Music to launch. Widget is working well with Google Music. I mean I can pause music, change music etc. but I can't even launch Spotify with my widgets. Any help?
