CLEAN STATUSBAR
Hope so some of you might liked my previous post ..
Here i am with some new mods
The Changes are
1.Removed No Sim Icons
2.Removed Sim Lables(the 1,2 numbers)
3.Removed Carrrier Label from the Statusbar expanded
Instructions
Download the flashable zip for the appropriate build (check the date of the build and the date on zip, for example the PA Build date is 20141013 so you need to download the zip PA_CLEANSTATUSBAR_20141013 zip and flash)
boot into recovery
Flash it
reboot
WARNING: MAKE A BACKUP BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING,DO NOT FLASH THE ZIP's OF OLD VERSION IN NEW BUILDS
If you want this mod to be available for xyz rom then provide the following files
SystemUI.apk in system/priv-app
framework-res.apk in system/framework
and be ready to test the files
Edit: Discontinued since I've moved to nexus.. .

the shadow is from nova settings you will not find shadow on other apps

can you make the statusbar only "displaying" 1 sim only ? i mean, i use 2 sim, but the statusbar only showing sim 1 active only.
and can you pressed them together a little to the right? (wifi icon, sim icon, battery icon)

It's carrier logo man, include on MiuiSystemUI.apk (first mod)
If u use miuisystemui.apk on the second mod, the carrier logo (Hexa) doesn't uppears.

Put carrier_logo.png in .mtz theme >> com.android.systemui/drawable-xhdpi.
Or u can put MiuiSystemUI.apk res/dawable-xhdpi.

hey man I understand you want to contribute but I must admit making a zip or even manipulating zips that are already out there is really not that hard. Not trying to flame but people like ways to go back in case they dont like it as well. I know I know there are ways that we should all know but unfortunately many are lazy.
I have attached a Blank/Empty flashable zip that I have used the flash themes prior so if you like you can simply add your apk file to a proper folder and use. Hope it helps
Edit: Fyi - when I tried to download apk to add to zip my virus protection/Google deemed it as harmful

Using second mod on my gnex and working fine, however, the carrier name still appears on the left hand side, and in my case it's too long (pepephone), is there anyway to make it disappear?

Use spn config and replace the carrier name with space or everything word u want

I guess I can't center the clock, because I used XBlastTools to center my clock in sammy ROM. :laugh:
And, why there's a CM logo on your left side status bar ? How did you do that ?!

Can you mod my CM11 systemUI? It works well from this CM11 S3M version, but some icons are not showing (such as: alarm, vibrate, and some other icons too). Also, can you tell me how to move the signal bar or the battery percentage to the right?
I'm trying to mod the systemUI but it all ends with brut oh, and I'm using SGA2, thanks before

yeah that's why this project named Minimalkat i think alarm icon is showing :/ for battery i don't know but in status_bar.xml i was set it on right :| give me your SystemUI.apk and i will make it and i was on your forum on facebook bro

it is? I think I havent set on the alarm I heard that we still can't change the battery in CM11 but I dunno.. I just cant find the batteries png files in drawable-hdpi folder (the should be tw_stat_battery or something like that, right?)

Adding center clock with network meter messes the status bar .. Remember we are on dual sim where an an extra sim takes more space.. Will try..

You could..but you might have to move the network meter to the left of the statusbar to make room.
Android isn't designed for a center clock in the statusbar so there is often a compromise.

Yes.. You need custom recovery like cwm... For custom recovery.. You need to unlock your bootloader

UPDATE I was looking through the bugs in statusbar and came through a scenario in which there was no sim in one slot also no 3G connection with wifi , this took lot of space and makes battery icon to disappear .. to fix this error i moved the network traffic inside statusbar .. have a look

Advance Power Menu can be done by Xposed. So I am not working on it ..

No My thread clearly mentions XT1033 , you guys are LUCKY , why use THIS MOD when you have XPOSED and GRAVITY BOX
STILL you can send me your SYSTEMUI.APK and SYSTEMUI.odex

I am using the XPOSED module to hide 2nd sim icon. What I meant was, after I flash this mod, will the module still work ?
Works on CM11? Running on XT1033.
Does it work on other XT1033 firmware? (brazilian)

yes it works dude , tested on stock xt1033

Without porting battery MOD from 4.3 it is simply not possible.
There are lot of themer in Moto G but they have not tried it yet .. i have very less knowledge in smali editing and coding so i am learning ..
may be some day i will be able to port

This Status bar is totally based on STOCK.
Making Gravity Box to work with our STATUSBAR will need to rewrite GB from scratch
& a request please don't ask others .. try , report yourself

This works just fine on the first nightly (02/02) thanks man :highfive: just wanted to point some things, the alarm and vibrant mode icons are a little big (same size of wifi and signal) w would be nice if u can make them just a tiny bit smaller and I noticed that the wifi arrows aren't showing on the status bar, apart from the mod is awesome, many thanks

I would improve for the next . but cm13 does not have a source of animated arrows on Wifi and signal and difficult for me to add .

after first boot, ui always restarted when i unlocked my phones. wallpaper changes to mm original wallpaper,
can you give flashable battery icon? that battery much better to see :good::good:
