[Q] Case / Bumper without any interference for Qi-Charging? - Galaxy S 4 Active Accessories

Hey guys,
I use the Qi charging technology with my GT-I9295, but now I got a case and the result of the charging is not perfect after all.
The distance is a bit too far away to get a proper, stable signal.
Is there any Bumper available, maybe out of silicone, which just goes around the edges?
How do you handle the Qi-charging, when using an extra case?
Edit: I use this one here http://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B00LTZ6JJQ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

How did you get QI charging for GS4A? Was it one of the cards that fit under the back cover, or a separate back cover?

Measurements of Commuter case

I searched and didn't see this asked, so if it has been I am terribly sorry, I know how annoying it is. On with the question.
Does anyone have the specs (measurements) on the Otterbox Commuter case??
I'm looking for thickness of the silicone layer on the sides (specifically the portion directly over the pogo pin contacts) as well as the thickness of the plastic outer layer at the same spot?
If no one knows these measurements, could someone that has this case get access to a pair of digital calipers and take those measurements for me and get back to me??
Reason for asking is I am thinking of modding a case to have pogo pins built into it and have wires/conductive tape running to the inside back of the case where I can hopefully place the inductive charging circuit from a Palm phone and viola! have an inductive charging case that utilizes the pogo pins on the phone. Found a set of pogo pins that measure 3.48mm tall with a stroke of .99mm so fully compressed they would measure 2.49mm.

Guess no one has the answer or cares. Ordered one anyway, if I have any success with the mod I'll post pictures.

Bumper case to use with Touchstone Charger?

Is there a bumper case for the S3 that just goes around the phone with nothing on the back of it?
I got a couple off of ebay/amazon and they all have something on the back and it interferes with the charging.
I am looking for something that is like a rubber band sort of thing.

[Q] Wireless charging vs protective case

It may be a race to nowhere but did anyone succeed with the wireless charging solution through any kind of protective case for Note 2?
I have a Palm reworked charger which does its job. When my Note 2 isn't covered with Otterbox Defender...
OK, the Defender is too tick and out of question. But do we have a choice of more or less suitable cases for wireless charging?
Well thr official flap cover should but it isn't a case.
Any type of case should make wireless charging difficult.
Sent from my GT-N7100
I came across this the other day. Might help with some info for you.

No, the video and the whole article explain how to do the Wireless Charger mode yourself. I already have all the parts inside. The charging is OK with no protective case at all.
I thought Otter or others may create a special version of Defender with a steel disk of a kind to work as a high frequency magnetic coil iron.

I know its a guide, but he had said that his method worked with different cases, so I figured that info would be useful in finding your solution.

Wireless charging compatible magnetic car mount?

Hey all - has anyone tried a Qi compatible magnetic car mount to see if it would work with our phones? Not really needing the wireless charging, just wondering if those circular magnetic mounts allow the wireless charging feature to still work with our phones. Would be nice to have an actual magnetic mount that charged at the same time, but not a necessity.

Nope it does not work The metal plate stops the wireless charging from working. As I'd rather have magnetic car mount than wireless charging I've just put my Nexus Wireless Charger back to the basement, until I get a car with Android Auto.
Edit: just reread your post and you're asking about a charging mount, which I've not tried. The below still applies.
It works. It all depends where you place the metal plate. I can put mine low enough between the case and phone and still do both. It works fine, but I'd rather have another plate in there to get a better hold on my mount. Sometimes it slides a bit.
What we really need are a couple of metal strips you can put along the sides to reinforce it some more. Take a look at the 3 XL tear down, and you'll see where the charge sensor is. Totally doable. I used https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FZVCPHL/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 which has a rubber cover and then a hard backing that snaps in. Placed the plate between those and no scratches
If you look at Nato Mounts, they have a circle ring plate. Big thin O. Scosche also have a U shape plate. Those leave a big opening in the middle. You can get one like the Nato Mount for half the price on Amazon. Just don't know about the charging speed.

I'll have to check that out. I experimented in lowering the magnetic plate on my case so that it was able to recognize it was on the pixel stand and charge, but it was only up to 50% by the morning, so it's interfering with the signal still.
Here's another option, look at the last image, comes with two different magnetic plate options.

Question Need opinions on magnetic ring for Pixel 6 Pro

I have a Mous limitless 3.0 case which is only half way compatible with my Anker 633 magnetic power bank. It's a slightly heavy battery and the magnet inside the case is definitely not enough. I need opinions on either a better case that's fully compatible with magsafe/magnetic batteries or a ring that's strong enough to hold it. Either inside the case between the phone and case or on the back of case itself. Thanks in advance for any help you guys can give me
I watched video's of these and don't think without opening phone it's really worth it. However, if you figure it out, keep me posted
I did buy this case I have a dome on to its pretty bulky and offers good protection I have the black and black and black and red version had a metal ring on the back to buy not sure if it's compatible with your charger
I'm using the ESR Halolock to stick my phone to a car wireless charger that I have mounted to the Elgato LP mic arm (DIY magsafe tripod to record from above through a ring light). Was using the simple ones before (just a circle) but my phone was spinning all the time.
I'm also using a popsocket magnetic base.
I've sticked the rings on a dbrand, rhinoshiled (which I've sold because I hated it) and spigen thin fit case.
