Did you formated your ModemFS partition via CWM by mistake?
Then try this (DJM its me)

To keep it short - Flash this http://d-h.st/1ZU via CWM - This file is for 8160

Is your IMEI away currently? Was it away after flashing this file?

No, i still have IMEI, but i want to ask that can i repair both of IMEI & Baseband via your zip file IF i lost imei and baseband???

NO - if the IMEI is away then it could be that your Phone will be unuseable! In some cases you can bring it back with flashing the correct FW...
But this is another topic and to long to explain everthing....
Therefore I recommend to save the 3 most important partitions of your ACE2 - which are EFS, ModemFS and especially CSPSA (in this is the IMEI encrypted)
The MOST IMPOERTANT thread about this topic is this by @Szaby59:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2145464
At the end of his thread there are files for automated saving of this 3 partitions... But be carefull what you do and the most important is:
Read and understand it

can't download the link file?
Please open the link again of the zip file experts..same problem here my baseband and imei is uknown. please activate the cure file. thanks

[Temporarily Solution] IMEI = 0 after downgrade from ICS (Leak) to GB 2.3

A lot of LU6200 owner's experienced that their IMEI number is 0 after going back from actual ICS (leaked Version) to GB 2.3.
Here is a (temporarily) solution to get back an IMEI. PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS NOT YOUR ORIGINAL IMEI!!! (Let's hope soon there will be a solution to get that back also)
Thanks to Brianlili over at http://bbs.ztphone.com for this fast solution. He is already looking into a way to get the original IMEI back to work.
http://bbs.ztphone.com/thread-9028-1-1.html
Step 1:
Download these two files from my Box-account
1) 5irom APK (IMEI Backup Prog)
https://www.box.com/s/63ac815428cda4426b19
2) 5irom IMEI Backup
https://www.box.com/s/79c27c372b6e82cd0a54
Step 2:
Install the 5Irom APK on your phone. Just open the rar-file "lu6200-imei.rar", copy apk-file onto your SDCard and open it - install - ready. (you need ROOT!)

}
Step 3:
Open the rar-file "imei-backup.rar" and copy the 3 files from the folder "imeibackup" onto your SDCard/5irom/imeibackup.
Step 4:
Open the 5irom App and click the second icon from above. Now it will restore the backup from the imeibackup-folder and you should have an IMEI again.
Close the App and go to your dialer, type in *#06# and you should see the IMEI number. If not, please do a reboot and check again. If after that the IMEI is still 0 you maybe missed something and have to do it again.
Good Work!
Is there an English version?

Well first of all I installed a custom rom (OmniRom 4.4) it had bugs cuz it's still new rom so I went back to stock after success installation I reboot my phone but the phone became a bell (I have rogers) so because it was late I thought I'll change the csc next day but early in the morning my brother installed the stock firmware again because of bloatwares well while he was installing he checked efs box and the repartition too
not 5 minutes after he waz done I saw what he did and since then I tried almost everything and looking everywhere I have even the twrp backup but the twrp can't find it becomes there is something wrong with internal memory
I installed titanium backup to restore my (tibu)
It did install nothing changed
I'm hopeless
Sorry for that spelling I'm using Taptalk lol
Can you use Odin to flash back to stock 100% and go from there? It looks like you definitely need to get back to stock firmware and your description is a little confusing as to what your brother did with...Odin?..that's a guess because you didn't state what he was doing exactly

system/lib/libril.so ??
Hello everyone, I am bringing back this thread because I have the same problem and flashing back the stock ROM didn't solve it.
I had the stock ROM in the first place, just rooted and CWM added. It worked fine for 2 years, then all of a sudden phone restarted and network service was gone. After few hours of search online I found that the issue was "null IMEI" and "unknown baseband". I have a S4 Mini (GT-I9195)
What I have tried so far:
- wiped user data and cache from CWM: no fix
-re-flash stock ROM I9195XXUCPG1 (downloaded from sammobile): no fix
-tried to use EFS Professional: backup starts but fails immediately
-run "adb nvbackup" from adb shell: failure message on the phone
-tried to flash via Odin the NHLOS.bin downloaded from another XDA thread: odin stuck at file analysis
- reinstalled CWM , wiped everything and flashed CM13: no fix
- Wiped everything again from CWM, reflashed stock ROM: no fix
Now I am waiting for the download of another stock rom I9195XXUCOL3, but it is quite a desperate move.
Any idea how to bring back the network service on my phone? Thanks a lot for your help.
how I did fix null/unknown baseband fix s4 mini gt-i9190
Here how I managed to fix my Gt-i9190 s4 mini null imei/ unknown baseband:
extracted official firmware by 7zip
opened odin and loaded "NON-HLOS.bin" from extracted original firmware as CP and flashed....thats it! my imei and baseband was fixed like a charm.

I don't know what happened there but don't IMEI numbers start with 35?
When I do *#06# I get both my IMEI numbers up starting with 35...
I'd take back to ASUS, especially if this wasn't rooted or anything....
I dont know why,,after i format my asus via cwm recovery,,its show imei like this,,
If u are rooted do following -
Go to directory /config/telephony/1
Backup everything in directory 1 to somewhere else ex sdcard.
Delete all content of directory 1.
Reboot u will get everything working.
How to i repair or fix EFS Corrupt???,if u know any tricks please help me friend,,i install again and again stock rom,,result same,,no network at sim slot 1

I agree with ultramag69. Best to take it back to ASUS. I have a shot in the dark on how to back up your EFS, but not how to save it if lost and no backup was made. Sorry.

You need the stock ROM (never rooted) and the stock recovery for OTAs to work.
You can find a stock TWRP backup of the ROM (change your recovery to TWRP first, obviously), and the stock recovery (for after you've flash the stock backup) in this thread.
Instructions are in the OP.
Thank you so much! I will try your solution!
Hello again, I tried to follow the instructions but I dont know which TWRP backup collection will work for my telcel (mexico) HTC m8... I am still lost at it... thank you again for your help

You need 1.12.600.20 backup which currently not available.
Make a request in my thread so I won't forget to search thru my hardisk when I'm home later. I believe I still have that 1.12.600.20 backup
Check my thread, the backup now available
Restore 1.12.600.20 backup
Install 4.32.600.2 stock recovery.img (as 1.12.600.20 recovery.img is not available)
then you can do OTA update to 4.32.600.2
The files are available at post #2 & post #4
