GPS not working - ICS 4.0.4 BCM RC4.1U2 GSM/CDMA

Hi,
I successfully installed ICS 4.0.4 BCM RC4.1U2 GSM/CDMA on my desire, everything including GPS works fine.
So a friend ask me to patch his desire, too. I did exactly the same steps, formatted everything except sd card, wiped cache, data and dalvik and did a clean install with 4ext recovery. Seems that everything is ok, but GPS is not working. Even the small GPS icon does not appear in statusbar, and GPS test does not find any satellites.
I tried AGPS Patch http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1267899, but this didn't help. Another clean install did not help either.
Any suggestions?

He probably has a different radio version to you. You could try and flash the radio recommend by the rom dev (probably the latest one) - be careful though!

Installation Instructions:

- Wipe data, cache and delvik cache
- Navigate to Mounts and Storage and Format /system

- Install GAPPS

battery life is better then average and gapps can be obtained from goo.im/gapps

i havent tested the rom yet will give it a try and i think everything works fine will lets you know

this version is not ported its is compiled from source for lu6200 by wjhh of bbs.gfan.com and it is for our phone

Thanks acbka for more For those of you who don't know Baidu is a massive company in China, they are the "Google" of China. Baidu has a massive search engine like Google, Maps, Weather, Cloud Services which are all like Google, so naturally they wanted an OS like Google Baidu OS (bye-doo) rumoured to have helped to be made by the same people who did Lewa OS, it is similar to MIUI and iOS. There are actually a lot of Chinese roms that have been made for the Ascend P6 but a lot are KK. As soon as we have the kernel source we will have some excellent roms. In the meantime, I know Shendu do a P6 rom which is for 4.2 and we should be able to use - Also some mate roms from their site
