TWRP RECOVERY INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
* First Thing To Do... Do A Nandroid Backup!
* Download DARTHSTALKER S4 Rom.
* Place The Rom Into Your SD Card Or Internal Storage.
* Now Reboot Into TWRP Recovery.
* While In TWRP Recovery, Press "Wipe" And Then "Swipe To Factory Reset".
* Now Press "Back" And Then Press "Advanced Wipe".
* Now Select "Cache", "Dalvik Cache", And "System" And Then "Swipe To Wipe".
* Install Rom To Go Into The Rom's Aroma Installer.
* Choose The "Full Wipe" Method.
* Choose Any Of The Apps You Want.
* Now Install The Rom Until Its Finished.
* The Aroma Installer Will Then Reboot Your Device.
* Once Rebooted And In The Setup Wizard, DO NOT Touch For 5 Minutes!
* After 5 Minutes, Reboot The Phone... DONE!

Are You Having Browser "Download Unsuccesful", "Unable To Capture Screenshot", Or Internal Storage Issues? Then Read The Post Below!
This is one problem that has happened to me before and having these types of problems has to do with your Internal Storage being "write-protected" which means that your Internal Storage has been locked to protect the data that's in it so editing or deleting anything from your Internal Storage will not work and anything that you do on your device such as doing screenshots or downloading any type of file onto your device will cause a automatic failure since the main directory is set to the Internal Storage, not your External SD Card.
TO FIX IT...
Make sure you plug your device to a computer and once you do this, back up everything from your Internal Storage onto your Desktop PC/Laptop. Once you do that, now your going to have to delete your whole Internal Storage files using a root explorer such as ES File Explorer, Root Explorer, Or anything that works for you and make sure you have it enabled to r/w [Read/Write Mode]. Now head into the directory that your Internal Storage files are located and then delete every single folder in it. Once your done doing that, now connect your device back to your Desktop PC/Laptop and then add back all of your Internal Storage files that you have saved on your PC back into your device, Reboot your device, and now everything should be working!

Are You Having Browser "Download Unsuccesful", "Unable To Capture Screenshot", Or Internal Storage Issues? Then Read The Post Below!
This is one problem that has happened to me before and having these types of problems has to do with your Internal Storage being "write-protected" which means that your Internal Storage has been locked to protect the data that's in it so editing or deleting anything from your Internal Storage will not work and anything that you do on your device such as doing screenshots or downloading any type of file onto your device will cause a automatic failure since the main directory is set to the Internal Storage, not your External SD Card.
TO FIX IT...
Make sure you plug your device to a computer and once you do this, back up everything from your Internal Storage onto your Desktop PC/Laptop. Once you do that, now your going to have to delete your whole Internal Storage files using a root explorer such as ES File Explorer, Root Explorer, Or anything that works for you and make sure you have it enabled to r/w [Read/Write Mode]. Now head into the directory that your Internal Storage files are located and then delete every single folder in it. Once your done doing that, now connect your device back to your Desktop PC/Laptop and then add back all of your Internal Storage files that you have saved on your PC back into your device, Reboot your device, and now everything should be working!

Darthstalker wouldnt be darthstalker without its theme. The Theming will always have to stay.

Rly cool rom, all is working like it should and first thing I notice was speed. Its rly rly fast no problems of any kind. TY for all spent time on this beauty! Two things I personaly miss, one is CRT off and another one is transparent status bar. Again TNX for this great rom!
it would be better if switching back the fonts to stock and leaving it to user's pref whether to change fonts or not

The difference is that Xtremeperia has the x-reality engine, bravia engine, an xperia theme to it that I made, has all the sony xperia sounds, xperia icons, wallpapers, and it also has most of the sony xperia apps in aroma installer such as launcher, music player, and more. Anything that has to do with xperia is exclusively for my Xtremeperia rom which Darthstalker wont have.

I haven't tried faux kernel but you can try. Just make sure to make a nandbackup before you do.

Are You Having Browser "Download Unsuccesful", "Unable To Capture Screenshot", Or Internal Storage Issues? Then Read The Post Below!
This is one problem that has happened to me before and having these types of problems has to do with your Internal Storage being "write-protected" which means that your Internal Storage has been locked to protect the data that's in it so editing or deleting anything from your Internal Storage will not work and anything that you do on your device such as doing screenshots or downloading any type of file onto your device will cause a automatic failure since the main directory is set to the Internal Storage, not your External SD Card.
TO FIX IT...
Make sure you plug your device to a computer and once you do this, back up everything from your Internal Storage onto your Desktop PC/Laptop. Once you do that, now your going to have to delete your whole Internal Storage files using a root explorer such as ES File Explorer, Root Explorer, Or anything that works for you and make sure you have it enabled to r/w [Read/Write Mode]. Now head into the directory that your Internal Storage files are located and then delete every single folder in it. Once your done doing that, now connect your device back to your Desktop PC/Laptop and then add back all of your Internal Storage files that you have saved on your PC back into your device, Reboot your device, and now everything should be working!

You need to test out your Roms before wasting our time ...same here can't get past setting up
Guys if you are having problems with the rom make sure once the rom is done installing press on "Save Log" and then post the .log file here so i can see what the problem is. Reporting problems about bootlooping or anything without enough info will not help at all. Post the .log file here or do a logcat and post it here.

A test build is getting uploaded now! You guys are going to have to test it out and see if everything is working with no settings force close issues. Also make sure to full wipe in recovery before you install the rom. I will post the link in here once its done... thanks

Are You Having Browser "Download Unsuccesful", "Unable To Capture Screenshot", Or Internal Storage Issues? Then Read The Post Below!
This is one problem that has happened to me before and having these types of problems has to do with your Internal Storage being "write-protected" which means that your Internal Storage has been locked to protect the data that's in it so editing or deleting anything from your Internal Storage will not work and anything that you do on your device such as doing screenshots or downloading any type of file onto your device will cause a automatic failure since the main directory is set to the Internal Storage, not your External SD Card.
TO FIX IT...
Make sure you plug your device to a computer and once you do this, back up everything from your Internal Storage onto your Desktop PC/Laptop. Once you do that, now your going to have to delete your whole Internal Storage files using a root explorer such as ES File Explorer, Root Explorer, Or anything that works for you and make sure you have it enabled to r/w [Read/Write Mode]. Now head into the directory that your Internal Storage files are located and then delete every single folder in it. Once your done doing that, now connect your device back to your Desktop PC/Laptop and then add back all of your Internal Storage files that you have saved on your PC back into your device, Reboot your device, and now everything should be working!

You have to make sure you dont dirty flash. Also you need to full wipe with twrp before you install the rom by pressing on the "Wipe" button and at the bottom it will say "Slide to wipe data/factory reset". Once you do that press on "Advanced Wipe" and then press on "System" and then slide at the bottom to wipe your system. Next install rom and choose the "Full Wipe" method in aroma, pick the stuff you want, install rom, Done!

just like the other rom that you ported.... when going through the wizard on first boot. it keeps crashing and wont get past the wizard. "unfortunately, settings has stopped." and keeps looping through the wizard. tried clearing cache and dalvik and fix permissions but still not working.

I will be releasing a test build in a little bit to fix this issue most likely has to do with how the kernels is installing or i have to delete some more unneeded multi carrier files.

Settings force closes also. I think its something with aroma installer and this phone. Any rom that is packaged with aroma wont get past settings. Any rom that doesn't have aroma works fine.

i was wondering that too because i had downloaded this rom earlier from the TMOBILE Forum and i was getting the same issue is the 5 minute thing a fix for this ?? when flashing or was that just to let it settle i have gotten this rom to work by dirty flashing it ontop of another ATT rom and was able to bypass this samsung settings error thing but the device was extremly slow because it had been dirty flashed all else seemed to be working thanks for the hard work if you need help im new here i was one of the devs that brought root /recovery to the Pantech Flex

EDIT work around for settings force close (INSTALL ROM USING GT i9505 Kernel ( the normal ones not the LOKID ones i used ABYSS ) DO NOTTT REBOOOT then manually flash loki doki through twrp you should be good to go

Just letting you know i wiped 3x and wiped system as well. Waited 5 min and rebooted and i am at 24hrs of smooth sailing with my Rogers S4.

It has something to do with at&t phones. I've double checked the md5 sums and reflashed per instructions about a dozen times in the past 3 days. It's not just this rom. Every rom using aroma is doing it.

Make Sure That You Have Updated To Your Device's Latest Firmware Update Before Flashing The Rom!
In order for a great rom experience with less bugs or issues, make sure that you have already installed the latest stock firmware odin tar update for your device BEFORE flashing any custom rom so it then can update the bootloader, modem, and etc. In that case (T-Mobile Users) you will need to update your device to the latest stock firmware update first if you haven't already done so. Are You Having Browser "Download Unsuccesful", "Unable To Capture Screenshot", Or Internal Storage Issues? Then Read The Post Below!
This is one problem that has happened to me before and having these types of problems has to do with your Internal Storage being "write-protected" which means that your Internal Storage has been locked to protect the data that's in it so editing or deleting anything from your Internal Storage will not work and anything that you do on your device such as doing screenshots or downloading any type of file onto your device will cause a automatic failure since the main directory is set to the Internal Storage, not your External SD Card.
TO FIX IT...
Make sure you plug your device to a computer and once you do this, back up everything from your Internal Storage onto your Desktop PC/Laptop. Once you do that, now your going to have to delete your whole Internal Storage files using a root explorer such as ES File Explorer, Root Explorer, Or anything that works for you and make sure you have it enabled to r/w [Read/Write Mode]. Now head into the directory that your Internal Storage files are located and then delete every single folder in it. Once your done doing that, now connect your device back to your Desktop PC/Laptop and then add back all of your Internal Storage files that you have saved on your PC back into your device, Reboot your device, and now everything should be working!
