I saw this too, uninstalled paypal until there is a fix.

Do you have the fingerprint scanner setup? If you go into the settings for it, there is a Pay with PayPal option that integrates the fingerprint scanner with PayPal. Do you have this turned on? I wonder if this system integration is causing this.

Same here.. Uninstalled Paypal and left a bad review on the Play store.
I just use the mobile website until they decide to fix it.

ROM your on?
Any 3rd party GPS apps downloaded?
Sent from my SPH-D710 using xda premium
It's beautiful widgets, if you look at the changelog In the app store there was already an update to fix it
Under "Location services" do you have "Google's location service" checked? I am on CM9 and that is the only way BW will find my location. It will not work off of just GPS. This is with the BW update.
thanks everybody... i went under "Location & Security" and made sure the 3 features under "My location" was unchecked and then I re-checked them and restarted phone...
oddly enough gps works again... too bad I couldnt figure that out last night when i was trying to use my Strip Club app
Strip Club Finder in Google Play

Google On-Body Detection

I didn't have On-Body Detection when I upgraded to Lollipop OB6, but I just checked my Security settings today and now I do have it! I didn't notice or accept any new system updates, so I don't know how or when I got it. It might be worth a check to see if you have it too.

I saw on another forum that this was added as part of an automatic update to Google Play Services.

Why 'Google Pay' is not supported on my device?

Nokia 6.1 does have NFC. But I wonder why Google Pay won't support this device.
GooglePay is working on my 6.1 since day #1 I bought it, I use it daily to pay via NFC
GooglePay even works if you don't have NFC but only for online payment. What is not working on yours?

I can't dowload the Google Pay app from the Play store. It says "Your device isn't compatible with this version"

Yeah, maybe that's the reason.

Ads still appearing

Disabled ads and recommendations in all apps I could find, yet they keep appearing.
Boost speed now is showing ads, security is showing ads, even the file manager started showing ads. How to fix it?
Also tried enabling and disabling "msa" which I had disabled cause I read it would disable the system ads, it didn't help.

Hey Friend I have similar problem too. I turned off permissions/notification when I first bought the phone and all was good until recently. I have ads on Cleaner now and every time I open text messages always asking about chat features. Just today my lock screen and home page changed by themselves. I know text message notification for chat is from Google. Maybe they think phone is old now so send us all this ****.

Question Bulb đź’ˇ icon on lockscreen??

Hi there,
Red Magic 8 Pro users, Does anyone else have this large bulb icon that's stuck at the bottom left part on the lockscreen? I'm not sure what it's related to so I don't know how to remove it. Anybody else having this issue? I hoped the latest software update that came on on Feb 22nd would have fixed it but no luck.

Ooh interesting, well the would make sense if that is the case as I definitely use the Google Home app often. The phones so new I know bugs are par for the course so I'll just wait for the next update. Thanks for the reply!
