wipe
install stable cm 10.1 (needed for firmware files)
install my .zip on top
reboot
that should be it
so i just flashed this on my phone im stuck after the HTC logo after that its only black screen then nothing happens

Hi man! I try to download your rom, Ds Version 7 but links are dead. Its great rom and I was using it for over a year, but then lost my HTC Wildfire and.. well... Please, if you could provide some links were I can download it again, that would be great! Thanks alot!!!

1. i don't understand the steps that i need to do for flashing my htc m9 from Verizon,any one can explain step by step please??
2. in the bottom line do you recommend to flash the ht. with that rom or not??
3. there is any chance to flash the phone to regular rom??like the international rom with all the features??

Hi bro
I installed the rom with no problem but after the first boot when i unlock the phone ithere was an error (encryption unsuccessful).
It has a phone reset button but it doesnt anything. I rebooted several times but it doesnt work
Please guide meeeeeeee
