[Q] N900T unable to connect to network - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note 3

I recently purchased a N900T from Swappa and the phone refuses to connect to Tmobile network.
It worked fine until I updated the phone to the latest firmware via the phones update menu. I tried Kies and Odin and flashed the stock NF9 firmware multiple times yet it wont detect or let me connect to a network. It sees my SIM card, phone number etc but mobile network type is unknown and service state says out of service. I cant manually or automatically pick tmobile from the list of network operators because it times out and says try later.
Dialing #06# gives me a "Not registered on network" message. I checked the phones IMEI and it seems to be fine.
Does anyone have an idea what I can try next?

Is the imei blacklisted? Not sure if that would be the case with your phone.

Check your APN, use an app called Tweakker. Go to settings more networks, mobile network, then check APN. Tweakker will help you with the correct settings.

Cannot register on selected network

Hi,
I have a problem on my phone, it has just stopped connecting to vodafone and i cant make any calls. I've tried another persons sim in it and that doesnt work either. I've tried both soft and hard reset and still nothing and even flashed it with hardspl. When i try to manually select a network it just says 'connot register on selected network. choose another network or disconnect and try again.'
Any help......?
Thanks,
Mark
Hi there,
I had the same problem with a phone I've got from ebay. Great deal of research and flashing the radio roms up and down and getting it sim-unlocked again and so forth I finally called Vodafone's hotline. I had to motivate them to check my IMEI > it was blacklisted. might be worth checking that.

[Q] i747 Wifi not working...fix needed

Hi all, so here's my conundrum...the wifi in my Samsung i747 has ceased to connect to any wifi network. It scans and finds any network like normal but when i enter the password for the network it doesn't connect and goes back to 'saved' instead of 'connect' in the wifi settings menu. I tried re-flashing the stock rom, wiping data partitions, factory resetting and up until yesterday i flashed in the carbon rom with micro gapps to see if it would have worked but all has failed so far....any ideas anyone?
Can your phone make a receive calls and text messages? Can it connect to the carrier's data network?
What bootloader and modem are on the phone?
yes i can connect to my local carrier and make calls...i am also able to get data services. if i use my laptop and repeat the wifi network the phone will connect to it but not directly to any wireless router. how do i find my bootloader, csc and modem info? tried *#1234# but probably how my rom is custom it's not working?
Since everything is working and you have tried custom ROMs.
To find information about your bootloader and modem, install the Samsung Phone Info app from the Play Store.
It's important to know the bootloader before flashing files.

My phone cannot connect to any cellular network

My phone cannot connect to any cellular network after I put it in airplane mode yesterday? Any solution. Also, the phone is rooted.
The sim card shows no service.
I can't modify cellular network settings. IMEI number is not null. Anything that can be done?

I get service for a few seconds after a reboot, but then again it goes back to no service.
Update: I had to do a recovery of theme from substratum to get it to work.
Got the same problen on a XT1710-06, I reinstalled Oreo firmware via Fastboot with no errors, but Im still with "No service" its not blacklisted.
Which rom u using ?

No signal, No network, YES Imei

Hi everyone, good morning
I pose this problem ...
I updated my GT-N7100 from the stock version 4.4.2 to 7.1 RR, which is why the phone was no longer lit. The Samsung word appeared looping at its ignition and no reset options worked.
All after the battery suddenly abandoned me!
After the upgrade, unfortunately the mobile network is no longer detected, or rather, the phone does not hook up the signal even if mobile networks are detected (select networks, Vodafone, Tim, Wind, Tre).
If I try to hook my network manually (Tim), the error is the inability to record.
I checked IMEI and is present, and, as mentioned above, networks if you look manually are seen.
I've downgraded to version 4.2.2 to figure out if the problem was about rom, but even with this version the network is not hooked up.
I also tried with other sim, but nothing in fact.
Unfortunately the backup I made did not go well and did not save the files in the EFS folder .... the badge sees us well !!!!!
Do you have any suggestions?
I also tried to reflect the rom Viper, but no change in the network ...
What other tests could I do? Thank you all!

[SOLVED] Keep losing mobile service

I'm gonna lose my mind.
Last week I did a factory reset. Everything was great for a few days. Then as of Monday, my phone no longer connected to mobile network. (I'm on Visible, which is a Verizon MVNO.)
I tried the same SIM card in another phone, and it worked — but a different SIM card did not work in my phone. So it must be the phone, right?
I looked at About phone > SIM card status:
Network: Visible
Mobile network state: Disconnected
Service state: In service
IMS reg status: Registered
Signal strength: -113 dbm
Network Cell Info Lite app showed the nearest tower and:
SIM state: Ready
Service state: In-Service
I tried resetting network settings and restarting in safe mode, but that didn't help. Visible said to take the phone in to Samsung repair center.
So I did that. They ran a diagnostic, and said everything was fine. They said try factory reset again.
So I factory reset the phone, again, from recovery mode, wiping with cache several times.
After, service was working. Yay!
But then a few hours later, the battery died, and ipon powering back up, I AGAIN no longer have cell service!
Could it be related to adding a work profile? Enabling dev mode?
Any bloody idea what is happening??
I'm loathe to do another factory reset, as it takes me half a day to set up everything again (Work profile authentication, etc.)
Please help save my sanity.
Thanks!

Try playing about with this app, it allows you to force the phone to connect to specific network bands, possible you could force it to reconnect when it drops out
Samsung Band Selection - Apps on Google Play
This app will help you access hidden network settings for forcing band selection
play.google.com
SOLVED!
I popped in a SIM from a different carrier, causing phone to restart, then put back the Visible SIM, forcing phone to re-retrieve settings.
Whew!
Couldve been a CSC issue?
