Before you start using this rom here are some things you need to know:
1. I am NOT updating every day (I work 6 days a week and have a 21 month old and a wife)...
2. Don't ask for ETA, this is rude and offensive. When it is done it is done.
3. Custom Roms come without warranty. They are tested before release but something always can go bad. So if you broke your phone or you got fired because the alarm didn't go off - I am not responsible.
4. Support is limited. Sometimes I can answer your questions sometimes I don't have the time. There will be times I don't have an answer so please do no repeat your question or get offended because I haven't answered you.
5. Don't compare ROMs. It is rude and offensive for developers. If the other rom has what you need, use that ROM.

* Next you need to setup the battery image you want to use under ROM Control
* Setup the clock the way you want it as well.

* Added in the new lockscreens, but two are not finished. Please do not use the Blackberry lock screen or the HTC lock screen.[/b]

- You can take the Infamous-res.apk from your favorite theme and move it to system/framework to get the toggles back.
- Samsung keyboard swype still doesn't work, looking into it.

Just edited the OP. The reason I went with it is because from my experience it is fast and stable. Also it is compatible with ktoonsez's Jelly bean kernels.

I am getting close . . . I think. Got the SystemUi.apk torn all the way down. I see where it is calling the tetherprevision.apk up. I just need to figure out how to either make the systemUI.apk or tetherprevision.apk to not communicate with t-mobile. More or less like how we block ads, by making it bounce back to the phone's IP address. Also if I can just get it to not check at all would be the easiest. Sammy got smart and tethering will not work at all without the tetherprevision.apk. Tried deleting it and and get nothing but force closures when I tried to tether...

Getting errors trying to download files from Firefox on this ROM. It won't read my SD card for some reason when trying to download files.
Edit: also can't seem to get dolphin working.

yea there is a problem with truths roms i sent him a pm a few weeks ago never heard anything from him so i had to delete some of them. the UPGRADE instructions are for when i drop another build you can dirty flash/upgrade.

A couple issues.
Main issue: no SU ??
Is this just a matter of DL from play?
Not recognizing ext sd but sees the pics on my ext SD...wtf lol.
Touch response a bit laggy.
In getting micro freezes when in typing.
Cant type to fast.
Spen works but no hover.
Still most excellent job the ROM is pretty smooth other than what i mentioned and wicked fast
Btw how do i get back all the GOOD Samsung apps like paper artist and others. I have all the apk +data stored using my backup pro (excellent app BTW) can i restore or will their be a conflict due to ROMs?

Most of the samsung apps won't work due to their requirement of the touchwiz framework, but there are many alternative apps on the play store that can replace them, for example use papyrus as a replacement for snote

I know towards the latest build of PAC Cosmo said something about aokp no longer being open source, is this still the case? Also now that aokp has Spen and weather support in the mr1 build 5 will we see that in a PAC release.

How to install (CLEAN FLASH ALWAYS RECOMMENDED):
Root and install custom recovery (or just custom recovery, either way is fine)
Download the Infamous Cache Wipe and Infamous Super Wipe scripts from HERE. You'll likely need them prior to flashing ANY stock 4.1.2 TW ROM (unless other threads advise otherwise) so keep them handy!
Reboot into recovery
Flash Infamous Cache Wipe
Flash Infamous SUPER Wipe. I don't care if you think it's redundant, do it this way! If something doesn't work after you do it a different way, DO IT THIS WAY!
Flash the ROM. It will take a minute or so to install.
Reboot (takes FOREVER to boot first time, which is normal. LET IT SIT.
Wait a minimum of 10 minutes for everything to settle in.
Reboot again and enjoy!
If you really want a good experience, my advice is to give this kernel a day and a full charge to really settle in there. It is sleeping like a baby for me and beta testers...should do the same for you if you treat it right!
and rate 5 stars if you enjoy, all I ask.
For T-Mobile users - this is untested (at least by me) on the regular T989. The kernel was specifically compiled for the T989D, but does have configs for both variants activated, so you may experience rotation issues or similar problems. Flash the GS2 rotation fix if you run into an issue.

Im assuming you mean just wipe cache/dalvik and flash? Definitely not advised...especially coming from an AOSP based ROM. Full wipe using the scripts as per OP is best. Thx!
ALL - charging seems it may be a little slow if coming from dead/nearly dead. I just woke up and phone went from 4 to only 85% in about 4.5 hours...I personally expected that to be a bit better. Let me know what you all see and results of battery pull/restart if you do that. Thanks peeps!!

Why are some roms/kernels now specific to either T989 or T989D when everything pre-JB TW used to be good for both variants? It messes up rotation between the two variant Roms is all. What i am saying is that you can use a TMO T989 Based Kernel on a Telus based T989D rom but you will need to flash the rotation fix,
I am assuming its the other way around but i have never tried. Now the T989 and the T989D are identical its just the differences in the software.

So far, so good. Haven't had a good network connection yet, but should get a better idea later tonight and tomorrow. Setup was difficult - didn't have any data - maybe just needed to manually enter Koodo APN.
Next update I will unlock the APN config...that will make life easier for all

Holding home brings up Google Now and not recent apps like I am used to. How do I change it back? Easy! Install Nottach and go to apps options. Then pick double home function and pick camera app. Reboot. Now when you press and hold home you will have recent apps.

I think this will help you.
1. Copy ROM to internal SD Card
2. Enter Recovery (Volume Up + Home + Power button)
3. Do a Wipe/Factory Reset
4. Flash ROM
5. Flash LokiDoki
6. Reboot your device

If this means what I think it does then yes. The stock 4.3 rom I am running supports song and artist information from streaming content.

The stock kernel doesn't have loki yet, so after flashing the rom, flash KT's kernel or any other 3rd party kernel. James will update his kernel soon!

Is there any difference between this and the other SS 4.4.4 that's been here for a while other than not having to flash the 4.4.3>4.4.4 update and having Xposed/SELinux/others built in?

This has the latest Danvdh 4.4.4, with some xtra goodies like the new Android boot animation, get rid of the bleu Contact /Google dailer, and many more to make Safestrap users life easier

I'm not a SafeStrap user but I've been using Dan's ROM since January, it's rock solid and possibly the best GE (or GPE) ROM out there.
I'm glad someone ported it for SafeStrap users so they can enjoy other things than TouchWiz based ROMs.

I'd kinda like to kiss OP right now.
Just curious what is different here from the jmsq rom i have been running for more than a month now. Just trying to decide if it's worth flashing a new rom when I have more than 200 apps up and running smoothly.

btw can you please mention the exact ways to flash this please?

1) Advance Wipe
2) Flash Rom
3) Flash the modules
4) Flash update Su
5) Reboot the phone

Odin is only needed when rooting from NB1 or when returning to stock. Not needed when flashing roms. Please read the HowTo here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=53758259&postcount=2
