Did you try to reset your batterystats.bin file?
There is a lot of discussion if it actually does something or not.
But in your situation maybe worth a try?
Google for it if you want to know how it works. There are a lot of tutorials for that.

i ll give a shot

thought this was worth a plug here.
as if my rom didn't have max brightness tweaked already..
if your brightness isn't low enough on those latenight face in your phone sessions..
saves my eyes, and without any official testing, i would have to say that it dramatically increases battery drainage for a heavy user like me.
with that said, i got this thing on at all times ..
+1
Try Screen Filter. Same thing. Free. Should save battery on an OLED screen.

Both of you should try RootDim. It uses super user rights to take brightness below android defaults.
As a new user I can't link to it.

Is anyone knowledgeable with reading battery stats to see where my drain is?

I never got involved with this because between my gn and my s3, I have never had battery issues... Till today.... With the screen off, it drains 2percent every 6 minutes... Some things going on here...
Here are references... If you need anything specific, let me know and ill tell you...

The percentage shown is not how much battery, but percentage running for the 2 hours and 3 minutes. Friendcaster 28% = 45.64 minutes run time.

"Android OS" at the top of battery usage?

Whenever I go into my battery usage most of the time after a long day "Android System" is at the top. I still get about 5-7 hours screen time and well over 14 hours of use but I know it shouldn't be using more than everything else. These are my screenshots of what I see. Can anyone help?

Do you have google now enabled? Try disabling it and check again.

How would I go about disabling it? I was reading since the "android system" includes so many processes that it looks to be using more than it really is. Could that be?

Battery calibration/ wrong percentage

For several past days I'm having issues with battery calibration. T700 drains extremely fast. When battery shows 0% device turns of...OK but when I turn it back on it shows 37% ?!?!
How to solve this?
Using stock rooted ROM.

Question Universal GMS Doze Module

Anyone tried it on A12 yet? Does it still bring any battery saving benefits?
Link:
...for some reason I can't paste a Link here via Android Chrome :S
I've had it installed and didn't really notice any difference. Removed module after a couple days

I installed it. To be honest haven't really focused on battery, so couldn't tell u if it's helping or not. I always have a charger nearby, so never really have to be paranoid of it making it x number of hours.
On a side note, I know there were issues where it would not work properly unless you have the find my device service turned off. So may need to do that as well to take advantage of what this module brings.
