The installation process and theme settings can be modified by editing the "Config" file which will be installed in the internal SDcard of your phone after the first Theme installation. “Config” can be edited with a text editor (notepad for example) following the instructions.
If you want to customize your first installation, before installing the Theme, you will have to put "Config" on internal SDcard (without putting it in any folder).. You can get "Config" downloading the attached file Config.rar
If you do not have the "Config" file on your mobile SDcard, the default settings will be installed.
“Config” file can be edited manually opening it with any text editor, eg notepad, you'll see that each line has the name of an application and right the corresponding explanation.
INSTALLATION PROCESS# APPS in system/app and Optional (remove apps)
Applications without "#" before the name will be removed in the installation of the theme.
For example, if you want to remove the application Youtube remove "#" from the line. Resulting Youtube.apk.
If instead you want to install it, you have to put "#" before it. The result being #Youtube.apk (this is the default scenario).
In a nut shell, only the apps without "#" before the name will be removed.

Hi,it's strange but i've lost root access and this aparently since i've flashed the theme.
Was on SauroM with Pauldiddy one.
Can't find way to get out or any clue (except maybe script manager talking 'bout "In mgmain JNI_OnLoad" when trying to run one of thunderbolt scripts and stay freezed till i kill the "running" script,that leads to a force close).
Not complaining love testing stuffs and maybe i'm wrong about the fact it's theme related but reporting.

Yes, then if you want can install galaxyscripts v14 (thanks keuda) and you would have almost galaxyrom
I'm thinking of doing a fulltheme (deodex) that can be installed on odex or deodex base or make odex theme to install on odex base.
Doesn't work with gingerreal jvz rom. Doesn't show the right battery and lockscreens are not available.

I am always active with 2g and 8 o'clock this morning and are now at 89%. for me the battery is good.

I like the rom but there is 1 big thing I didn't like: the transparant pop-up and transparent launcher screen. You see the text of the previous screen between the text of the new screen and that's not good to read. With apocalypse rom it was the same so I revert back to cm7.2 by phiexz. Can you undo the transparant thing for me (with patch or full rom)? Or can you tell me how I can do it myself? It's a great rom and I really want it! Great job btw!!

our Forum is live again...
I think this is the most "faithful to pure kit kat" rom that our devices has...tell me, adi, does this rom has the same bug that need to reboot when we want to change from wi fi to data or viceversa...? that's the only bug that stuck me in 4.3.1... thank you for your work(s)!

Last ROM was with jellybean as base. So you used the name Jelly Kat and Bean Kat.
But now it is based on cm11,so my qes was why are you using the name Bean Kat?
Is that your Trade mark name?

This ROM is huge.Last time you included gapps. Is it necessary to flash the gapps by ADC team.

there is G-nex Bean stalk rom, still using same name,.it's just for initial

Hello Gan, I want to know if this ROM will not force closed when sending the text message using the sms app (not custom or hangout). It happens to me in STOCK cm11 and Ringa Linga ROM.

oh OK... I figured. It happens to me when I tried to SMS to a 4 digit numbers to cek for may Internet quota (3636 for TELKOMSEL provider). and now, I can't even open my sms app for good. :/

Yeah, I gotta figure that. I've reuploaded the theme without the gallery theming. In the meantime, you can just copy HMS_Gallery.apk from ROM zip into the right location on your device, just as a temporary fix.
Have one problem. Downloaded from HUB, reboot in recovery, take the zip, start install, it starts and reboot the recovery everytime. Don't have a log for you, because of the reboot

This is when you manually install the zip from venom/addons? Check your download again, you may have got a partial download.

Yeah, I'm aware of that, along with many other things.
Hi Basil, is the dark theme you started compatible with 1.1? It's not showing up on the hub. I know you're covered up and know it's not close to finished. It would just be nice to tone down some of the brightness.

I've checked the ota, and nothing will affect the theme, so have made it visible again. I'll try to update it a bit today.

Also it looks like the boot & down animations are messing something up. On boot it hangs. Might be a good idea to pull them from the hub until there's time to figure it out.

Updating OxygenOS for locked bootloaders:
1. Download the Full Zip from above link and move it to the root of your internal storage.
2. Navigate to Settings > System Update > Settings > Local upgrade > Select latest OOS Full Zip
3. Flash the Full Zip
4. Upon Successful Flash > Wipe Cache from Recovery
5. Reboot Recovery Once Done
Device will reboot and your OnePlus 6 or 6T is now running on the latest OxygenOS Firmware & OS based on Android Pie Stable 9.0.4 or 9.0.12
You will then need to install TWRP.
Updating OxygenOS for unlocked bootloaders with TWRP:
Download the necessary files from above and follow instructions below
1. Reboot to TWRP
2. Take a Nandroid of your existing ROM just in case you need it
3. Flash the latest Full OOS Zip
4. Flash the TWRP installer Zip
5. Reboot to RECOVERY to make sure TWRP stays and continue to root
6. Flash official Magisk to maintain root
7. Reboot System and Enjoy the latest firmware without any data loss

Solution for Bootloop / No WiFI
so for some reason people still prefer the full rom instead of Magisk module. Dunno why, the performance and tweaks are THE SAME.
1. If you updated to OOS 5.1.8 DO NOT FLASH 3.0 full ROM. you will get WiFI issues. Please use the magisk module!!!
2. if you flash the Magisk module, please do it so from TWRP and NOT from Magisk Manager (causes bootloops to flash Renovate ICE from Magisk Manager ).
VERY IMPORTANT!!! Do not full wipe prior to loading the module. If you need to full wipe, do a full wipe, boot your phone, set whatever you need to set and ONLY then flash the Magisk Module FROM TWRP!

Just out of curiousity, I've not used your ROM yet (but will be). I know SVN from Leedroid on the HTC 10 and used to use an app to make my ROM updates on my phone itself?
I'm wondering whether you would consider including SVN updater and ZIP creator in the RICE app? With phone storage getting bigger these days it could be a really convenient option of getting updates?

If you have flashed the full rom zip, you don't need to flash the magisk module.
Magisk module is only for users on stock rom

Erm, no. You just flash the full rom zip and reboot according to the OP.

It depends how you want to install it. If you are on stock rom with magisk installed, you could just install the magisk module over your current setup and you are good to go.
If you install the full rom zip, magisk is already applied to the boot.img, but you'll need to install magisk manager manually (will fix this next release)
