This option was present on JB but has been removed on Kitkat . Any idea how to get it back ?

This feature worked even if you didn't use the SPEN.
Bloody hate Samsung for limiting features on purpose ?
While drawing or writing sthg, I did usually, that feature was so usefull., since your work woldn't be cut!

I am looking for a way to make a custom Dialer/Lock Screen on Android Devices, something simple that people could do easily on any phone. Even if it requires a custom launcher or what have you.
I would like to be able to have it like the Faces tweak on Cydia available for iPhones. (See Screenshot attached)

I made the update to Android 7 yesterday, and the quick settings have changed, I can't switch my wifi network or bluetooth device easily anymore without having to drag the drawer all the way down. Is there any way to get the old way back?

I tried the app Tiles, works better for bluetooth, but there is no option for WIFI,.
