Note 4 N910T 4.4.4 NK4 Touchwiz Kitkat firmware.
This has to be one of the fastest, smoothest and most reliable custom roms you will find
around here in this forum.

Looks great. Tell me more, please, about the 4G/LTE and wifi calling issues that you fixed. I've had to disable wifi calling due to frequent drops.

Generally speaking people having issues with wifi calling with dropped calls either have a rom
or kernel misbehaving or the wifi signal is not as good as it should be for various reasons.
Even things like the atmoshere can effect it if the signal is not strong enough to overcome it.
Personally I have no wifi calling issues myself.

That's for sure, I gave up trying to find a better name for it using google a long time ago. LOL
Weird, I clean flashed, wiped data, cache, dalvik cache, and system (yes I'm on the stock NK4 firmware) and it started bootloping, then flashed the rom and got stuck in a bootloop.
I'll try and flash a kernel separately maybe that'll help. Just an FYI.

Is your phone a N910T Tmobile?
Besides flashing did you do a factory reset?
A factory reset is just as important as wiping.
(at least that's what I do)

Presently, there is not a way to report out of either Tapatalk or XDA app. I always end up using the web browser off my phone to access XDA .... it is just easier for me. Hope that helps
Very cool rom . I like the transparent drop down and icons . I hope theres no trouble with the afore mentioned rom issues. I'd like to see this rom stick around.

I have the Canadian (Fido) S4 I337M. And as far as I have been reading it has a unlocked boot loader. And it's rooted with TWRP 2.5 installed. Would I be able to install/run this rom if I download and flash it right now?

ya, i know, I trust Dan and his work, and i don't see any problems with my rom, but everyone feel free to look over this..
on a side note, I think we have a custom recovery, from what I remember these variants of s4's are very close. I know the i9500 mount points are the same, I made a edify script for our s4, all should be ok.. cant wait till Dan releases exploit.

As do i ... But this isnt the i9500 the mount points arent similar... And well if u want i can look over ur script just pastebin and pm it... In just saying posting untested work is dangerous due to the fact that sometimes things arent fine

Touchwiz features included, but some touchwiz apps have been removed. You can add them back though.

Help...when i installed the rom its saying system software bt AT&T has benn found on your phone
I had flashed the TMOBILE version originally - awesome ROM and great that we now have it here for ATT -
Couple of issues:
Contacts FCs - I found a flashable stock contacts that I flashed and that fixed it for me...
EMAIL (Exchange) didn't work for me - I had to install a stock version from another ROM by using ROOT Explorer and pushing the Sec Email and Exchange Email ap files to system/apps
Everything seems to be working good now -

I downloaded them from a few downloads offered by Jamison904 in the TMOBILE development threads on his "Infamous" ROM -

I used SetCPU to alter kernel govs. Its on performance out of the box. So I didn't notice . but if you find a fix let me know or I'll try to find the problem later honestly I've never used the trickster mod for kernel....

I just downloaded busybox free from the play store, updated to busybox 1.22 and rebooted the phone, trickstermod runs fine after that. Easy fix.
Downloading... I had the hacking wiz rom for the last si c months and it has been awesome with no problems at all. Phone is now my back up as I got the new galaxy Avant however since no root yet I am glad to play with the S2 and this new Rom. I will report on wifi calling and wifi texting.
Wifi calling works fine on my phone.

My best score ever with this phone. So far its a great ROM

my pleasure =] .,. no you don't have to wipe data if coming from shadow. But don't restore system data with titanium backup. And if anything is wonky then do perform data wipe. But DO wipe /system and /preload and both /caches. As far as is this An upgrade from shadow,?, Well it's a different look that I like ... Black, orange and white.....

*tip* using Odin to restore your phone will restore kernel and everything else. Def want to know how to use Odin proficiently.

I am using this rom right now, been using it for a couple days
now and I have not seen any bootloops or other issues.
Full wipe should always mean:
Wipe Data, System, Cache, Dalvik and last but not
least do a factory reset in twrp or cwm recovery.
Good luck!

Does this support WiFi tethering/hotspot? Even on LTE?
Perhaps I'm paranoid, but I would censor out the telephone number in the first two screenshots.

I was able to get it working, thanks for the advice:good:
Having an odd issue. I did a full wipe. But I an getting touch wiz home has stopped. But no ill effects from it. Just an annoying pop-up.

I just incorporated the data fix into the rom so no need to flash the data fix. Just thought I update the thread for those not familiar on how just flashing the data fix thx to @gaganmohal for the fix on any n910f rom and a custom kernel such as AEL multi, or Bioshock latest would let these roms run on your devices. So basically saying no need to Port anything anymore really, when original thread updates you just repeat the process with the data fix. This goes for any rom port on these threads or n910f. So all the great work really goes to the original devs of the Rom, amazing work on all these but the theme on @BoBCatRoM cant ever be beat in my opinion for TW!

3. Reboot into the rom, do a quick setup and let it sit for 10 minutes and reboot back to Recovery. Then Flash the BoBCaTRoM EVO theme v6

I was having the same issue with the stock browser
fc'ing after I installed stock bobcatrom v2 with the
separate evo theme this morning.
Still have not found a fix for that.
I did fix the gallery issue by over-writing the
gallery with the gallery in bobcatrom v1.
I have just downloaded your port and am anxious to
check it out... Will let you know how it goes.

Up and running and all good, gallery is good on my end..i dont use the stock browser just chrome.
Only thing not working is my home button, tried remapping with xposed additions and it works for recents on a long press but not clicking for home. Recents key is remapped as menu and working perfect.
Ill figure it out eventually lol...small price to pay for having this running on my device!

Did you flash any mods for the home remapping before hand? Home button working fine here with menu as recent. I know I did try a mod before and it messed up the home button on me so didn't bother.

That's correct, based on the international rom so no volte or WiFi calling I'm aware of. Us here in Canada no WiFi calling support yet which is a bummer

Just fixed the default samsung internet browser.
All anyone has to do to fix the default internet browser
is to go into settings>application manager>all and then
simply scroll down to the stock internet browser then
clear it's cache and clear data and reboot the phone.
After that the stock internet browser app will work fine.
(this fix is in case your stock browser does not work)
