is this file root my phone or it required rooted phone. If it root my device then does it required pc conectivity or directly through phone.

i use to hate CWM because of the lack of touch features...then went to twrp...now im back where it all begins again....the complete features of CWM w/ touch capabilities...im in flashing heaven.
