Hello, i have an interesting gps problem. It cannot lock to any satellite, i used gps status, gps test, topntp but none of those help me. I went to a cellphone repairer but they said that i have signal to talk, internet etc. so this isn't hardware related. Can anyone help me about this problem? I have stock rom with root 4.4.2. Thank you.:good:

Have you tried using the gps in other areas as well? Maybe you just have bad gps reception around where you live?

Try changing your ROM? Maybe there could have been some problems with the system settings?
I will try again with different rom & Clean install. Will Write results. Thank you

Just installed 4.4.2 clean stock rom.
Try installing the same rom again and check. If not try different stock rom.
Hi, i reinstalled it, didn't work. Then installed dn4 rom with wipeout. Still the same . Any suggestions?

I did it too. Nothing happened. Should it work if i wipe all i can on twrp

After a few months of using s4 mini on VIP Serbia, it began to shows some issue when i turn on wifi and phone connects... He always open Kies via wifi on my phone?! Does anyone know what problem is that? Is that from some apps or what?

Tryed, but bug is still there. I just rooted my phone, so i will intall some custom rom, hope that this issue will disappear

This can be fixed in engineer menu. Dial 3845#*975# Click on nfc test, Activate Antenna Self Test. If not help try various choose in Nfc Test menu.

Try different choices then every time try activate nfc, i had same problem and it works.
Set test environment also try.
1.Set test environment.
2.Activate Antenna Self Test.

I have the same issue man.
NFC dont work. I flashed stock million of times. Never worked again. Even if i dont delete NFC apk it give me battery drain.
I think its hardware.
try flashing rom with a different variant, mine working even in CM 11.

NFC was working fine on stock and CM. Then suddenly the nfc option grayed out(disabled) falshing roms doesnt help either

I had something like that happened to my stock lg optimus g pro as well it just randomly lost service and wont come back...
YEAH...sometimes when the single poor,ogp will lost signal...

no ive been working on it all week and still nothing ive flashed it back to stock ALL the stock .tot's ive tried with qpst and that just keeps failing its a fiasco if anyone has any suggestions ill be happy to try them however ive accepted this phone is gone so if theres a risk im not worried..

Yeah, its not just data its any network connection. I get no signal at all

Not too long ago I had this issue. This is what worked for me...I took my sim card out and put 3 pieces of scotch tape ontop. Cut the excess tape off and put my sim card back in...and signal was back. Hope this helps.
Flashing the modem that correspond to your device will be an option. The ideal would be backing up your efs folder before doing anything so you can restore it in cases like this.
Find out what your modem should be and flash it again from recovery.

Out of the blue, I can't find any WiFi networks. NONE.
ALTHOUGH, if I enter my network's ssid and p/w manually, it will connect.

I just recently flashed stock, but when I did that it worked flawlessly. I also edited build.prop and deleted some bloatware, but I restored everything back the way it was and it still fails working.
No WiFi network is found. Anywhere.
The weirdest thing, is if I download some random WiFi manager from the Play Store, it finds every network available..

Another wifi problem
Hi and happy new year,
I have a problem with the Wifi but not the same as you.
It's very strange because I can see all the neighborhood but I can't connect successfully on known networks.
I've tried with many networks with no success...
Sometimes, the wifi disappears and it shows disconnected.
Maybe it's a hardware problem.

Have you tried not synchronizing your phone with google account after reset? It pulls list of known networks from server, it may have had affected searching of new networks...

I hadn't.. Do you think that could really cause it not to find any networks?
Also, is there a way of erasing that now? Or do I have to reflash?
Either way I'm going to have to use TB to get my apps and data back.. Do you think maybe that has something to do with it? (I only restore user apps though)
