Hello, install "superSU " and " busybox" via TWRP recovery (they are flashing zip file).
For me, it solve the same problem after an update.

This ROM runs smoothly exept when live display is on, animations stuttered a little bit, i had thé same issue with my moto g ROM but was solved by developer, is it possible to find a fix? Exept this issue this ROM is really Nice good job

first you have to use cwm 6.0.5.3 for gio,than do a factory reset first with 6.0.5.3 and than flash rom.

I would like to know however, where I could get a functionnal G-Apps ? I only really need the Google Play Store + whatever else makes the Play Store work.

Thanks for answering.
I flashed a completely fresh install of the ROM with the indicated G-Apps (+CM-Account) and now get "Google Play Services has stopped" errors constantly.
Am I doing something wrong ? I don't understand.

It depends which kernel version you want to use.
msm is 3.0.31 and msm7x27 is 2.6.37

Thanks for ur straight review. If u dnt like my work thn kindly dnt install any of my roms. Its ur wish to use or not. All bugs are already listed. And if ppl encounter further bugs they report and sooner or later tht got fixed. And abt wasteing time and data.. Hahaha.. i have lots of time and data to waste.. All roms are bug free apart from cam. If thr is they r minor. What's the bug in gidgat? And Mr., No i cannot port a bugfree rom bt still i will port roms and post here. If u have any issue regarding tht dnt open any of my thread. Its my work and if u dnt wanna use thn plz dnt. And frm now stop irritating me and spamming my thread.

Grab modem.img file from any rom with working 3g and just rename it. And do as stated.

You don't need to edit anything. Just flash cwm recovery and rom

Keep one thing in mind before installing. First wipe data - - >wipe cache and dalvik cache--->now format system and install zip. Formating system should be done at last. Dnt wipe cache and dalvik after formating system. Sumtym this thing also cuz error7. Try this hope ur prblm will be fixed.

3G not working

Thanks for this KK rom, first rom which is actually working on my A210.
I tried replacing modem.img with suggested fix, but only edge is showing up. Tried stock modem file, tried stock file from A116 as well. No luck.
Can someone point me to the correct modem.img file to be used?

Downloaded again nd flashed now it works....Jst low sound even after using patch nd engineering mode...Rom is great :good: hope nexus 5 rom will fix those

Try deleting root/data/nvram folder. [Warning:This will delete ur imei number so take a backup of imei using mobile uncle tool.] Now restore imei using mobile uncle tool. Reboot. Restore imei using mobile uncle tool. Reboot. Enjoy 3G network.

Yeah, had tried that as well. Same issue. Will google around for modem.img with same base band and see if I can get the 3G back. Thanks anyways.

Unable to mount data partiton
Dear frend i m using redmi 1s on stock rom
then i tried to update it to beta build of the rom available on miui site
i downloaded it and in updater given the path to update file
then it rebooted into recovery and stucked at 98% i left it as it for approximately 15 minutes and then it showed update failed
then i restarted it and it got stuck at mi logo
then i tried wiping data through custum recovery twrp it shows unable to mount data and cache
i also tried to flash rom through twrp but same happens phone again stucks at mi logo
i have recovery and fastboot acces please help me
I THINK its data partiton got cruppted
i tried to find the solution but all solutions are phone secific and i m just a beginer so please help

-flash twrp again via fastboot(google to know how)
-go to twrp and advance wipe except internal,external sd and otg
-i can't remember the name,but select the option in twrp menu...last one on left side..
-there you see a option to fix permissions..select it and go through it
-next go to install and select rom.zip and flash

allready one advance wipe
it again shows unable to mount data

MIUI6 Stable rom installation
Hello, I am currently running on miui6 6.5.9 and on CWM recovery and Xcelerate kernel on my redmi 1s. Today the stable MIUI6 build was released v6.6.1.0. So,obviously am thinking of porting to the stable rom. My doubt is whether i need to update first to 6.5.25 build which was realsed last week to get a continuous update or sort ,or can i directly jump to the stable ROM ?Also,does it affect the fact that am on custom kernel and recovery?

flash stock miui v6 stable through fastboot...best way to start a new rom..make backup of internal angd wipe internal also..

No signal or no simcard detected?
If no signal the following should help,
Enter settings > Simcards/mobile network > Select the sim slot currently using > Cellular network
From here you can select manually, if its already on manual then choose the other, choose automatically.
If no simcard detected,
I'm using a custom rom, rise os, the sim doesn't detect after a reboot, another reboot solves the problem.

The zip is called "gapps_kitkat_minimal-20150410", I used to flash them for all over the time, with KK roms, and have not noticed this message. For me the rom with franco kernel is smooth enough, and soo beautiful, I'm in love with the UI. I will try today with another gapps package. Please send me PM, becuause I can not see the posts in this thread.

i've run 5.7.24 builds, found little problem:
1. latest franco on your 2nd thread working not properly, themes-updater force closing
2. Service provider always show "No Service" at status bar, but actually connect
can you advise how to solve point 2?

I've run 5.7.24 . the ROM is fast , I'm using it with fancy 60. I confirm that there is a root . But battery life is slightly bad.
with franco kernel there is FC me too

Yes it working well..i'm running v6 with stock kernel and no problem with connect a miband with ufficial xiaomi app.

Yes, I use the latest version. I had FC when I'm using the francoe kernel. I think the stock kernel is better. or you can try the dirty-v sr that's good too.

Yep..i tried f2fs a time ago with another rom but not seemed better..so i use ext4 with lagfix after a flash.

You are speak about a tips:
- use kernel dirty v but i have much reboot with it.
- what are L speed tweek? ?
