[Q] Android Wear and Amazon Fire Phone - Amazon Fire Phone

Hello!
Does anyone of you know if there is a way to make this phone compatible with Android Wear

The Fire Phone currently runs on Android 4.2.2, so it wouldn't be compatible as Android Wear requires 4.3.
What I am curious about though, is how Android Wear receives its notifications. If it receives notifications through notification access in accessibility, then there's little chance it'll work with the Fire Phone once it gets updated to Fire OS 4 as the latest update doesn't allow access to that particular setting ?

always disconnected after pairing with Lenovo P780

recently I've bought ASUS zenwatch. But after pairing with my Lenovo P780 running on Kitkat 4.4.2, it's keep disconnected and cannot connect.
I have check my Google Play Service, Google Now, and all programs need to be updated, all checked.
I tried to reset device my zenwatch 5 times, and still after pairing with my P780 it will disconnected. The Initialization was running and the Setup done on my zenwatch, but in my android wear on my phone just gets status Updating. And finally Android wear in my phone just says "Trying to connect" .
I also try to bluetooth connect with manual connect from both my phone and zenwatch, and stll after pairing request, it's just disconnected.
what should i check now? :crying:
In the android wear app dropdown menu select disconnect from zen watch, then reconnect from the same menu

still no luck. :crying:
I try to connect it with my brother's Xiaomi Redmi Note, it's connected flawlessly. Then i try do system update my zenwatch to Build 5.0.2, but still i can't connect to my phone.
I think the problem is in my phone, i had it flash manually twice, now it's running on Build P780_ROW_S228_150112 KitKat 4.4.2 , but i don't see any issue about my phone after i flash it, except for this Zenwatch issue. I had it well connected with earphone bluetooth.
What should i check about in my phone regarding this issue?
Uninstall Android wear and ZenWatch manager, forget the phone on Bluetooth. Factory reset the phone and start the process from scratch. Make sure you disable the Wi-Fi option when reinstalling Android wear.

I read on other forum, it seems the trouble is in Kitkat version on Lenovo P780. Other people using same phone cannot connect to any android wear (moto 360, sony smartwatch, LG watch). Temporary solution is to use custom ROM for Nexus 5 chinabase version.

Mouse Toggle for Fire TV w/ 5.2.1.0

Is anyone else having issues with Mouse Toggle for Fire TV working with 5.2.1.0? I can't seem to get the app on phone to respond to be used. It says everything is "OK" but the app doesn't change to be usable. Also, my stick is not rooted. Not sure if that makes a difference?

I installed it last night and it worked fine
My only problem is I have the game controller not the remote. I had to barrow the neighbors remote to test the app.

why you not use a real BT Mouse or Bluetooth Mouse/KB in your rooted Smartphone? Work like a charm. All other will at one day blacklisted by Amazon.. this cant blacklisted!

You have to install the Installer APK from the store on your Phone or Tablet first and then start it
Then select in the app your Fire TV IP address and sideload the Main APK to your Fire TV
Finally open the Main APP on your Fire TV and ensure, that both radio buttons and adb are enabled, that's all
I tested and it works on Fire TV 1 & 2, Fire Stick 1 &2 with or without root on: 5.2.1.0, 5.2.1.1, 5.2.4.1, 5.2.4.2

Huawei Wear app with DP5

Hi! Is there anybody who uses his Huawei Watch with Huawei Wear app? Since I upgraded to AW2 Developer Preview 5 the app could not see my Watch but I wasn't worried but the app was updated recently and now it is compatible with Huawei Watch 2 but it still can't connect my Huawei Watch within the app (Android Wear app working fine). Is there anybody who has the same issue?
Yeah same here. W1 and it tells me I need to first pair to the device in Android Wear. I figured it won't tell me anything that I don't already know from other apps (and one extra app), so I just uninstalled it.

Amazon Apps and Noroot Firewall

Hey everyone,
I've recently installed Google Play Store and related apps. I've also installed Noroot Firewall which blocks app access to the internet and waits for either an Allow or Deny choice before permanently allowing or denying access. I noticed a major battery drain before Noroot Firewall and after, it is GREAT! So, I need to know what the Amazon Apps are and what each of them does. I hadn't found a list yet. Does anyone have any ideas? I want to block ones I do not need and allow only the ones I do.
I have the Amazon Fire 5th (2015) Generation tablet currently running FireOS 5.6.0.0
Thanks!

Nexus 7 & Spectrum TV app DVS-1001 error

Hi. I have 5 of the Nexus 7 2013 tablets and get my tv through spectrum. The TV app for Android from Spectrum is great and usually works very well. However when I install it on my Nexus 7 tablets I always get the dvs-1001 error, which is channel unavailable. The strange part is that the TV app works on one of the Nexus 7 tablets. The working tablet runs a factory stock MOB30X rom, unlocked bootloader, and TWRP 3.0.2.
The tablets that don't run the TV app run everything else just fine. Some of them have the factory stock ROM (like the working tablet) and some of them run the pure Nexus 6.0.1 rom and are rooted, with the Xposed app and Root Cloak. All of the non-working tablets always give me the dvs-1001 error, and used to run the tv app up to about a year ago. My Samsung phone and my Nexus 9 tablet both run the tv app with no problems.
The working and non-working tablets are identical as far as I can tell and of course go through the same Wi-Fi network. I've flashed the non-working tablets with Factory and custom roms and done everything else I can think of to try to get the TV app working, but no luck. I'm open to any ideas, thanks for reading this far.
