[Q] Micro SIM replacement tray for OPO - ONE Accessories

So, about a week ago, I lost my SIM tray to my OnePlus One somehow. I was wondering if anyone who uses the NANO-sim adapter could possibly send one my way (I am willing to pay if it isn't much)
(Yes I'm aware of the link for parts replacements, but I simply can't afford those exorbitant shipping prices, also Ali express has slow shipping)

An alternative would be to go get a nano-SIM from your provider. They should (typically) give swap out your SIM for you for free. Just a thought.

[Q] 16gb and 32gb MicroSD from China?

Has anyone had any positive experiences with buying a 16gb or 32gb MicroSD card from China?
(Like the ones on ebay, or DHGate)
I would really like to get one to upgrade my stock card, but I don't want to waste money and wait 20 days for a fake.
And I would like to keep the price as low as possible. ($20ish would be great)
Please link if you've purchased a card from China (or other really cheap places) that you can confirm to be authentic.
I ordered one from ebay and never received it. Had to report the guy to ebay to get a refund. I would be very cautious as I have seen a lot of people get ripped off either from fake cards or just not receiving them.
I ordered one on ebay and it was a dud.... didn't write files correctly. I wouldn't buy from China.
The cheapest I found a 16GB card was $30.
All off the ones any cheaper were fakes from China.
If you really want one then bite the bullet on the price and stay away from the ones on ebay that are ridiculously low.
Your instincts are telling you to stay away for a reason.

[Q] Purchased Price for Touch Pro 2

Hi,
I think it is becoming increasingly difficult to find Touch Pro 2.
The only way to purchase it seems to be over the internet as no store seems to be carrying it in stock anymore.
The lowest price I found was $129.99 from BestBuy with 2 year contract, but without rebate over the holiday. (Sprint) What was the lowest price people purchased for HTC Touch Pro 2 (with or without contract)? Is AT&T, Verizon or T-Mobile version still available for purchase?
AT&T still sells the tilt 2 on their website. It is $200 with a 2-year contract. I paid $160 for mine a few months ago with a discount for upgrading my line.
I bought a like new Tilt2 from craigslist for $100. AT&T stocker... I usually see them in the $200 range. have seen a T-Mobile TP2 or two in the same range. You may have to be patient to find what you want but it'll show up sooner or later.
I bought two AT&T HTC refrubished TP2s off of Ebay for $175 each. HTC did the refurbishing not the seller. They were both like new even had the stock screen protectors on them. Got one in May and the other in December.
I see them new on eBay for around $200 with no contract. AT&T web site has $200 with contract as stated previous. I bought mine on eBay like new for $150.
So yes, online is probably your only option..
If you live in Chicago I will sell you my unlocked tmobile touch pro2 PM me if you are interested.
Keep in mind if you buy it through your cellular provider, that they may require you get a data plan. Buying it else where, you may not be rquired to get a data plan. You would access the Internet via WIFI connections. Keep in mind if you are not required to get a data plan, then you could save $10 per month or more.
Bought two through Ebay
I bought two used TP2s without contracts through Ebay in the middle of January. I paid $100 + $10 shipping for one from an Ebay phone reseller with thousands of feedbacks and a near 100% rating. It was described as in "good" condition, but didn't have a mark on it anywhere and was in clean, like new condition. It didn't come with any accessories or the Sprint SIM card.
I paid $150 + $10 shipping for the other TP2 from a seller with almost no feedback. It came with a good spare battery, SIM card, a charger, data cable, original box, manual, screen protector, and I believe a CD. It was described as a month old and barely used. It has a couple of very minor marks and wasn't as clean as the other phone.
Both were activated with Sprint with no problems before the new $10 a month additional data fee was imposed. I also bought 2 year Square Trade warranties on both phones for around $20 a piece. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the phones.

Really random accessories question

I want to get a case ordered, like TODAY. Problem is my money is semi-locked down until my new debit card arrives in the mail. Does anyone know of a reputable accessory dealer that accepts e-check payment?

Best Retailer?

I'm buying the phone in a few days and need advice. What is the best online retailer for buying this phone in the US? The ones I know about are: expansys, negri-electronics, ebay, amazon, and craigslist. I wanted to make sure I got the Taiwan build since a lot of people have given positive feedback on Taiwan builds. Does anyone expect HTC to fix some of the build issues under-the-radar or is it mostly software related. Let me know, thanks.
can't vouch for best. i first ordered from negri last weekend and never received a responding confirmation. i emailed and they said they had no stock and didn't know when new stock would arrive. then i cancelled and they tried to call me to say oh, heavens, they had one, but their free shipping offer did not apply to hawaii, so they would need to charge me $32 more. i said thanks but no thanks. went to expansys and ordered. order got held up a bit because i ordered some items not immediately available. it got straightened out and my order arrived within the week in great condition.
the phone from expansys comes out of taiwan. there's a rumor that the taiwan phones are not exhibiting the same build issues as those from china. i can't say my copy is perfect, because the previous android i had was not very sophisticated, and neither am i when it comes to android. but it doesn't seem to be exhibiting any serious problems . i bought an att micro-sim card off amazon and signed up for att prepaid $2/day unlimited talk/text and added a data package. seems to work in general, but i haven't used it extensively. by the way, the expansys htc came with a sim-card tray opener pin. the amazon micro-sim sold by abe 1-2-3 is a true micro-sim - does not require any cutting down.
I always find the cheapest to be ebay from Hong Kong sellers, can get for $650 AUD
I'm currently visiting Singapore and just picked one up at Sim Lim Square for $722 SGD which is about $600 AUD which in tern is about $600 US?
Thanks guys for the advice. By the way, do you know if it would be cheaper to have it imported from Singapore?

Is the O2 PAYG phone network locked?

Hi Guys
I'm looking to buy one to use with my Three contract SIM, but really hate waiting for deliveries. I can pick up a PAYG handset from O2.. but does anybody know if these handsets would be network-locked? Or could I use my Three SIM with it?
Thanks
its unlocked, can be used on any network. i got mine from o2 and use it on three.
Unlocked mate. I purchased mine from O2 but I use a three SIM
Mine works on Vodafone too
Unlocked (I'm using my 3 SIM) like everyone else said BUT if you buy from an O2 brick and mortar store they'll make you buy a £15 SIM card. They did with me anyway.
Don't bother asking the staff in-store because they either flat-out lie and say it's locked or they just don't know.
Also bought mine from O2; have both the O2 and my usual Virgin SIM in the phone. Both work fine.
Only odd thing is that I asked for the 10£ SIM, but the computer at the store wouldn't accept it, so I had to accept a 15£ SIM. One-time purchase, and I got the device instantly though, so I took it. I don't think the OP5T is sold locked anywhere (don't quote me on this though).
Perfect, thanks everybody.. I did as you said and brought it direct from O2 and also had to get the £15 PAYG SIM.. but its only about £6 extra compared to buying direct (with their faster delivery).. and I got it the same day. Really impressed so far.

if u got it on o2 online you wouldn't have needed to pay a top up at all.

I thought that. You just have to select a pay as you go sim but it doesn't cost anything
If you have an O2 SIM or you can borrow one, you don't need to pay for the £15 top up in store either. Just take the SIM in with you (in a working phone) and they'll sell you the 5t as an upgrade. During the process they send two SMS messages to the existing O2 SIM a each of which contains a four digit number. You read those back to them and hey presto you get the new phone without buying the £15 top up. I've bought two this way now, both using the same number.

Very true, I was just trying to help the OP as they said they didn't like waiting around for deliveries This was the first phone I didn't order online for years! It was weird! Kinda cool too. I wish phone stores in the UK sold a wider range of Chinese phones at reasonable prices. I guess the phone networks wouldn't like that!
