for cm12 u need to wait more till someone makes a mod or app to flash/ install in cm12

If you have Xposed installed, download Minimum Brightness.
You could also try a filter app like Twilight or Bluelight Filter.

Lux ftw. Lower brightness plus vastly superior automatic brightness in one :good:
Bluelight Filter is good!

As in, almost every custom ROM has Ambient display inbuilt ... But can we have Ambient display with the added features which are in the Ambient display of Moto Devices i.e. Moto Display

Does it apply to the latest 8.1 Oreo only or for the previous versions of 8.0 too ? I've got a few friends that doesn't have their ambient clock display move .
It moves a tiny bit right on the minute change. Very small amount though

I've had mine moved upwards and downwards before . It happens when my phone is in a lock screen mode which shows the ambient display . I'm just worried that my phone system is infected by viruses or anything .
is there any way to get pixel 2 like ambient display with music recognition and AOD to OP5T? (even if AOD only would be better)

You must be rooted to get AOD if running on OOS. Just flash the below zip in magisk. (FYI->no ambient ticker)
If Custom ROM, then you get AOD with most Custom ROMs (ambient ticker available).

I just installed activity launcher app and found some hidden settings on stock 8.0 OS!
Can 4k video recording be enabled in our Xperia X? and there is an option to display weather on lockscreen but how?
4K recording in native camera app can be enabled with Overlay, but the result is very dim with some white blotches. It's unusable. Try Open Camera if you really want 4K.
