Elephone P6000 LTE/4G [MEGA VIDEO REVIEW] MTK6732 64bit, OTG/Audio/BT/headphone test! - Device Reviews and Information

MEGA IN-DEPTH USER REVIEW
UNBOXING & DESIGN
COMPARISON P3000S VS. P6000
Highlights / Specifications
- Elephone P6000
- 4G LTE FDD & 3G / Dual Sim Dual Standby
- Android 4.4.4 (Later also Android Lollipop 5)
- MTK6732 Quad Core 1.5GHz 64bit
- 2GB RAM, 16GB ROM
- 5.0-inch IPS touch screen 1280x720P
- Dual Cameras Front 2.0MP rear 13.0MP
- Built-in WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS & GLONASS (the GPS is quite good)
- Dual WiFi support to 2.4GHz (802.11b / g / n) and 5GHz (802.11a) (Very strong WiFi)
- Network type: GSM + WCDMA + LTE FDD
- Frequency: GSM 850/900/1800 / 1900MHz WCDMA 900 / 2100MHz LTE FDD 800/1800/2100 / 2600MHz
The cons I noticed are
- When zooming in pictures, it does not zoom 100% smooth (could be something with the software)
- No real Notification LED, and only 1 colour in the Home Button
- No light in the "Menu" or "Back" buttons
- OTG only works with power (and not with a normal OTG cable).
- No gyroscopes or compass (but the GPS is very good and also support GLONASS)
- No "Double Tap to wake" offscreen or Air gestures
- The sound quality from the built-in speakers (rear) is nothing special, but at least it is ok loud

iNew is back with the iNew L3 (MT6735 1.3Ghz midrange).
The iNew L3 could be a worthy successor to the V3 from 2014. It doesn't have NFC, but instead an IR Blaster!
The design and build quality of this phone is top notch! and the flat design does have some similarities to the Sony Xperia Z3, especially the round button found on the right side.
The square corners aren't really seen like this before, most new phones now comes with round corners and all look the same, so personally I like it on the L3, and it is very comfortable in the hand!
And to everyone who will say that the battery is too small. With the combination of MTK6735 + HD 720P it is actually not that bad. Still I do only really recommend this model for light users.
Highlights
- MTK6735 1.3 GHz quad core
- 5.0 inch screen IPS HD 1280x720 pixels
- Nano-coating that makes the phone water-resistant
- 13MP main camera (Sony sensor) + 5MP front camera
- 2 GB RAM + 16 GB ROM
- Android 5.0 / Hotknot
- 2 launchers, 1 stock & 1 with themes
- Metalframe
- Double-sided Gorilla Glass
- Notification LED
- Dual Micro SIM
- Touch Buttons with backlight
- 7.1mm thin design
- IR Blaster
- 2150 mAh battery / 1.5A charger (fast charging)
- Smart wake & offscreen gestures
- Supports 2G & 3G & 4G LTE Network
- Network: GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz, WCDMA 900/2100MHz, FDD-LTE B1/B3/B7/B20

I found a custom recovery, on NeedROm " http://www.needrom.com/download/iron-pro-twrp-2-8-70/ "
you can install Xposed if you want.
Recovery was done by "Megthebest" Thanks for the recovery :good:
I just bought one of these, and I can say I'm a little dissapointed, because:
- Publicity/Marketing of UMI says the Camera has a 2.0 Fast Aperture lens, when in fact it only has 2.4 aperture lens. This means much less light goes into the camera photo sensor... Not sure if it has the Sony sensor also or not... Anyonw knows how to check this?
- The biometrical security of the fingerprint sensor, can only be used to unlock the lockscreen. I haven't found the option to use it to lock individual apps or do anything else. Anyone knows how to do this?

We have no finished ROMS yet, however in the Mi4C forum, we have 2 (AOSP/CM and RR) that are both under active development under a unified base (Mi4C/Libra and Mi4S/Aqua) that in time will fully support the Mi4S. Currently the only non functioning hardware is the fingerprint reader so they're very usable as daily driver ROMs

Ulefone Vienna (Real Review & Discussion) 5.5" Sharp FHD, Panasonic Camera

Unboxing & In-depth full review:
This video was uploaded in Full HD 1080p at 60fps (Best in Chrome Browser)
Hey, this is my In-Depth Review & Unboxing of the Ulefone Vienna. I have tried to cover all aspects in this video, if I should have missed something, you are still welcome to ask below in the comments.
The main camera is a 13MP Panasonic MN34172 and the front camera a 5MP OV5648:
The main camera shoots some pretty nice and detailed pictures, and not bad at all.
Camera samples:
https://www.mediafire.com/folder/bn3j2d2250f40/Ulefone_Vienna_Camera_Samples
Regarding the battery mAh capacity:
I measured it to 3826 mAh
A full charge takes 150-160 minutes
And the battery in use?
1-2 days is possible with average use. I get normally 1 and half day with my usage.
So how is the sound? any good?
The sound quality with headphones and the built-in rearspeaker is "good" and loud.
But coming from a HTC One M8 with frontspeakers, I'm not so impressed as others may be.
Still I think it is nice to see that Ulefone are trying to aim for what the users want, and better sound quality is definitely one of the main things.
Will this phone work in my country with my carrier?
I can't answer you on that, but you can check it on these 2 sites:
