So, is this version 21.11.23 (Kitkat 4.4.4) or Lollipop (22.21.28)?
I am assuming it is the Kitkat version, but just wanna be sure.

[Q] Flash on Android 4.4 kitkat

Hi,
This might not be specific to N7 2013
but after kitkat update flash player sems to be broken, I am unable to see in browser flash video.
I am using Flash player v 11.1.115.69 and latest version of firefox beta.
Is anyone else facing the same issue, any workarounds ?
I think it doesn't work because of 4.4. I can't get it to work on my N5 and others from N5 forum can't also. I think I'll keep my N7 at 4.3 until there's a work around.
I have the same issue. I've tried using different browsers (Dolphin, Boat, and Firefox) but no luck. From what I've read in the N5 forum, they are having the same issue, so it looks like it could be due to Kitkat.
very frustating indeed
Man... Argggggghhhh...... Google changed the web engine to Chromium. This is device wide & unless someone builds a custom app (browser) that uses the older AOSP web engine (& that is packaged with it), device side rendering is impossible. Server side rendering only for now, PERIOD.

In Puffin browser flash video works great

Hmm. What's so special about Puffin? There's half a dozen of browsers claiming Flash support, but only Puffin works in 4.4.
puffin has integrated flash u don't need to install Flash separately

Puffin is a cloud browser. It uses server-side rendering and streams it to your phone. In this method, the quality is quite poor due to low frame rates and artifacts in the video. I have Puffin paid version.
ok, so then in whose hands is the destiny of Flash under KitKat 4.4? Is it Google/custom ROM developers? Adobe?

You can uninstall Flash you know. Puffin is server-side rendering, which is why it is not true HD on videos. As I mentioned above, unless an updated webkit is developed, there will be no device-side rendering due to the Chromium webkit.
Are there any good HTML 5 websites that you guys know for live TV and sports streaming? No flash is a big bummer!

u can install Adobe Flash Player 11.1 but it won't run i Firefox and Chrome don't support it so i dunno which bowser u wanna use.
Link for Flash Player: Adobe_Flash_Player_11.1.apk
EDIT:
Flash works with the "Dolpin browser" on KitKat but it's just laggy as hell, it wasn't in Firefox with Jelly Bean
so i hope there will come a fix for Firefox so flash will work under Kitty Kat.
Probably better to use the actual Adobe site for getting the flash apk - http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html
The last one (ever) is 11.1.115.81 - http://download.macromedia.com/pub...oid/11.1.115.81/install_flash_player_ics.apk
Edit: corrected version.

From Adobe's site "On September 10th 2013, Adobe released Flash Player 11.1.111.73 for Android 2.x and 3.x and 11.1.115.81 for Android 4.0.x in keeping with statements made in our publicly available Flash Roadmap. This is the final update release of Flash Player for the Android operating system. "

Yeah, my bad; reading & typing on the move. That's actually what I've got installed. I'll update my post.
Has anyone tried the latest version of flash on Kit Kat? Any of the browser would allow flash to run on Kit Kat? I rally want to make sure I'm able to run flash before updating my nexus 7 to Kit Kat, because I'm mainly using the tablet for class and there's lecture videos that comes only in flash version. If I can't run flash, I'm not updating..

[Q] Adobe Flasher Player 11.2 or higher

I'm running stock rom on my galaxy note 10.1 2014 edition, android 4.3..... I have searched and I can't find without swap in out roms. Is there a way to upgrade my adobe flash player to above 11.2 for chrome.
For Chrome? They dont support flash.
To get another version of flash, visit adobes website, and find the android downloads.
what benefit do i have, using flash on an android tablet? in my opinion it just has to much battery drain

11.1 is the highest available for android, but it will only work with certain browsers, Firefox being one.

Be warned though if Samsung ever push android 4.4 onto this device then flash will stop working and your need to use a hacked version with Dolphin browser.

[Q] Does stock 4.4.2 exist?

I'm sure I'm breaking a rule or something here, but... All I need is the stock KitKat firmware for my Note 8.0 (5110, US)... what few links I find to it simply, for one reason or another, don't work.... I'm directed to a site that either stops working somewhere (the popups still work though...), or tells me it requires some kind of membership, which I find a little shady. Where in God's name can I find such a thing as an actual download link?
Samsungis.com
That's where I get all my ROMs.
Though, I still prefer my 4.2.2 over the 4.4.2 version that I have been dealing with. IMO 4.2.2 is as fast and slightly lower on battery time.
You'all need to root 4.4.2 to fix issues, but Hulu still needs some work with skipped frames in playback. Plus many utile that change color and placement of icons mess with proper operation. Wanam and another tool kit for xposed mess with KitKat too much for me to run them.
Cool, I'll check it out. I'll just download both, and go back to 4.2. 2 if I have any problems. Thanks!

This is the firmware you want. It's not intuitively obvious that the Cellular South version is the correct one for the US GT-N5110.
You will need to create an account on sammobile.com before you can download the firmware.

[Q] Downgrade Lollipop -> Kitkat 4.4.2 SM-T700 how?

Hi,. I have made the mistake of updating to lollipop and now I can't live without Xposed, so I want to roll back to 4.4.2. can someone help me how?
Xposed now working on lollipop.
If you still want to go back just flash stock kitkat firmware with Odin.
Hm, can you provide a link? The thread that I visited before said that they can't guarantee Samsung stock ROMs compatibility. In my case I only got into bootloop...
You need to flash the correct framework. Use the search. It's been posted several times on here.

I found one here - http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...sed-framework-sm-t700-install-method-t2823004
but one of the Dropbox links are dead. I'll keep looking for another one but if you know what I need exactly - I would own you a beer or two. I would like to test Lollipop, but if it fails I'll roll back to 4.4.2

There is Lollipop inspired ROM for that Model that I installed a few days ago. You will need to install GAPPS for 4.4.2
Get it from this link:

I also installed it before, but I want Android 5 itself because some programs do not install on Android 4
I faced issue with firewall on 4.4.2. But it worked well on 4.4.4. However. There are some issue with it. Gapps do not work on it, Bluetooth does not work on it too.
If you want the link for it then I will add the links for it. It works on CM11.
I am also trying to port lollipop on it. But I don't have much experience with it and it will take time...
