[Q] My i8150's home button doesn't work

Hi. (sorry my english level is bad.)
I've been set up RemICS-JB V1.2 and restart my phone. And telephone was opened home button is jamming. (sorry.. my english....) And home button never work. I'm join download mode and no start download mode. Volume up button has not working... But if i click volume down button then telephone restarting. I'm not use odin... What can i do? Please help me. Thanks...

RemICS-JB V1.2 my set up steps
1- wipe data
2- wipe cache
3- wipe dalvik
4- format /system
5- install zip

if u wanna access download mode then as soon as u c its window push the vol up button because if u wait a while then ull have to push vol down and restart it again

i thinking... i did format/system, deleted a download mode and home button elements&files... is this possible?

You said your buttons are jammed, that means they are the ones out of function a ROM can never block your home button unless it doesn't use buttons at all (like Ubuntu OS) or If you flashed a ROM from another phone.
I am pretty sure it's not the ROM's problem but any way just try flashing another one or go back to stock from CWM I don't recommend using odin unless it is the only way

system never interferes with ur buttons and ur download mode
try accessing recovery mode or download mode as mentioned for u (be fast with the VolUp button in confirming download mode) and probably u won't have any problems if u can't get to any of them then thats a problem

Wait just a sec....
When you tried using download mode, did you have a USB cable inserted on the phone? Try again with nothing attached to the phone and give us the feedback

Friends... i tried everything... (usb connected download mode, usb not connected download mode, usb connected and battery not attached, usb connected and volup rapid and quickly allthing everything..... i guess by home button's have hardware problem... if so what can i do? i don't go service. normal telephoner is solve the problem?...

[Q] help getting into download mode

Hey all,
I just bought a Note 2 N7100 for my husbands Bday gift and we are unable to get it into download mode to root it. We're no strangers to rooting but this one has us both stumped. After making sure usb debugging is enabled we power the phone off. Then pressing vol down & home & power but only get an android guy with a red triangle with an exclamation mark in it. Any suggestions on what we may be missing or need to do?

It is recovery mode. If I press the home button I get the android recovery menu. No way to post a pic at the moment.

recovery - Vol up+ Home +power
Download mode - Vol down + home + power
If you are getting recovery menu by pressing vol down+home+power then you must have rule out device is not a replica. can you tell what you can see in recovery menu?

Try the volume up button + home + power instead. Or you can download the toolkit in the original android development tjread and have it do it for you.

[Q] Stuck in download mode!!

So I have a rooted tab s 8.4 wifi and I am using skyhigh kernel. I tried to boot into recovery and it went straight to download mode without any prompt. I got it out and tried backing up my ROM using the TWRP Manager app. It then booted into download mode and wont come out. if I hold power+volume down it will reboot but just goes back into download mode. Any ideas??? I dont have access to a computer for a while either!

Hold power, vol down, and home for 30 seconds or more and it should reboot. Hope this helps!

It just restarts and goes to the download mode prompt where I can select cancel or continue. Both options lead me nowhere. It still boots into download mode everytime

Then you have defective main partition and need to flash from download mode anyway.
Other option is to boot into recovery (hold power, volup, home).

In another thread someone told to hold Power + VOL up + VOL down. It worked for my tab.

One x bootloop / brick

Hey guys
I have a problem with bricked one x. I get it from my family. It has unlock bootloader and installed cwm. I tried to do something with that but it's first htc in my hand and i'm green. When i turn on phone it shows htc logo and than boot into recovery it doesn't shows me white screen with fastboot option etc , automatically run cwm. I wanted to flash kernel but I can't turn on fastboot mode or I don't know how. Please help my what should I do wake the phone up.

To Enter Fastboot mode
1. Switch off phone completely
2. Press and hold volume down and power
Phone should open in fastboot mode
Use vol up/vol down to make menu selection
Use power button to execute selection

I can't turn off phone , only possible when my battery goes down. I solved that problem. I flash kernel with recovery (twrp) then by adb push moved rom on phone memory flashed rom and kernel and it works. Please close thread.

Help with galaxy j6

Hey, i have j6 and i forgot the screen code, so i tried to flash a stoxk rom but i cant enter downloading mode, i tried to plug the phone to computer and hold all buttons but still nothing, i can enter recovrey mode, of curse the easy way its to do wipe data but i cant because its blocked by mdm and again i cant enter my phone. There is some way to get downloading mode ?

Power off your phone. Hold vol up and power button . This will bring you to recovery mode. Then there you'll see the option to reboot to bootloader
