If you just installed an alternative launcher additionally, you can switch between all installed launchers by:
Holding "<" button for 2 seconds. Then you should see "Complete action using...". Then select the launcher you want to use.
If you replaced the original/stock launcher, you have to install the launcher.apk again.
Best is to register on xda and ask in the Nokia X Help and Troubleshooting forum. As the X and the XL are very similar.

well, you can push it to the system/app folder
and set permissions to rw-r-r
and delete the current launcher
then reboot

are you using the revrom's tw launcher on another rom ?
cuz i have a clue why
if not give me an ss of the launcher

Hi Friendss..
I was excited when Sony started 6.0.1 update but the white search bar in the new Xperia launcher was a con according to me. I loved the transparent menu. And now i figured a way to remove Search Bar from launcher.
The best way to remove search bar is to replace your launcher with customized one .
Follow the below steps.
Step 1 ) Download Xperia Home Alternative ( Customized )

Dear AEX 5.7 users, can you please share the APK of the default 'Launcher3'? I replaced it with another modded launcher3 but it doesn't have D2TS feature. I converted it to system app still no luck.
Can you please upload it to XDA or Google Drive? Thanks.

dirty flash your rom.
Thanks for the reply. But I did this launcher-change while my Z2 was on AEX 5.6. After that I updated to 5.7 using system update. I thought it would replace the changed launcher with the 5.7 launcher but it didn't happen. So will the reflashing work?
I'll flash and update the result later. Thanks again.
