Hey I am kinda theming my phone with Linkin Park so is there anyone who can create a beautiful bootanimation consisting of Linkin Park logo ring ( like one in my profile pic) and also a lockscreen using that ring.

I'm no Dev, but maybe if you provided someone with a jpeg, they might be able to work with it.
Also, I think there's a way that the user can edit the boot animation through system files, search the forum a bit, and you may find.

Gr8 even I made one. but you'r is only 8mb? well mine is around 50mb and is in hd

same way i described just rename to bootanimation.zip first
Android actually keeps*two*copies of the animation file. One is stored at*/data/local*and the other at*/system/media. The difference between these locations is minor.
The /data/local copy does not require root access. The phone also uses this animation before the other.
The other one in /system/media does require root. However, installing a new animation to /system/media means that it will survive a factory reset. It’s a trade-off.

buddy, just look into /system/media. There would be a bootanimation.zip. just have a copy of that first & then follow the process below:
Extract the above given file after downloading
in System/media folder there might be bootanimation.zip file
replace it with your mobile /system/media/
Give right of -rw-r--r--
Reboot. Enjoy..
For safety purpose, take backup first.

Just a little advice, better you post images or a video of the boot animation. There are more chances to be downloaded & members won't ask you for a preview. Have a nice day

Already made a thread earlier for his work...he had a jarvis inspired bootanimation as well
This is my first thread.I ported the boot animation of stock Motorola limited football world cup for football lovers.
Installation steps:
1-Your phone must be rooted.[emoji23]
2-Delete the bootanimation.zip file(on your own risk).[emoji14]
Optional step-Take a backup of stock boot animation,for this go to /system/media in rooted directory.Rename the bootanimation.zip to bootanimation.zip.bak(recommended step).:good:
3-Put the new boot animation file in the same directory and rename it to bootanimation.zip
4-Change the permission of the file to rw-r-r
Done.:good:
reboot the phone
Enjoy
Tested by me so no problem unless you follow the steps wrongly.[emoji23]
