[Q] Is "standard" Note 8 digitizer compatible with the i467 (AT&T) Note 8?
Hi All,
I spent some time searching but didn't come up with anything definitive. I've heard from one source that a standard Galaxy Note 8 digitizer (e.g., GT-N5110) *is not* compatible with the AT&T branded Note 8 (SGH-I467). Price online for replacements are significantly higher for what are called I467 digitizers than a regular Note 8 digitizer, so wanted to get a second opinion before purchasing.
Thanks!

I know this is an old thread. Since it took me some efforts to figure this out, I am sharing with the public.
In terms of the digitizer, GT-5110 *IS* compatible with SGH-I467. This is because neither have an earpiece or proximity sensor. GT-5100 has these 2 hardware. Thus, if you put a GT-5100 digitizer on SGH-I467, you would have extra holes. Many sellers on eBay would tell you both GT-5110 and SGH-I467 share the same digitizer because both are Wi-Fi only version. This is WRONG. While GT-5110 is Wi-Fi only, SGH-I467 is LTE. However, the radio capability is IRRELEVANT. What makes them compatible is the lack of these extra holes. By grouping GT-5110 with SGH-I467 these sellers do sell you the right part even though they have the wrong knowledge. haha

[Q] LTE Galaxy Nexus/Broken Screen Already... looking for parts.

The worst part of being a day 1 adapter is the lack of cases/accessories available at launch, so a few weeks in and I broke my screen already. I've found a screen assembly (parts4repair.com), but they sport the GSM model number rather then the Verizon LTE version.
Anyone know if they are compatible?
Thanks in advance.

Ive got the same issue, can find digitizer screens quite easily on ebay etc for n5100 and and n5110 but difficult to find specifically n5120 screens. They should all be the same but wanted to confirm before I purchased one. The only thing i can think of is that the 3g or 4g antenna might be built into the screen and I really don't want to wreck my good 4g connection!

Frame picture

Hey guys. I have a request of someone with a Verizon Note 4. I bought a gold Chinese note 4 frame on eBay with the seller saying it would fit my T-Mobile note 4. Of course, i knew most likely that it would not. I think it might fit the Verizon model, but I'm not 100% sure. I was wondering if someone could take their frame off their Verizon model and take a few pictures for me to see if it would be compatible. I have a feeling the mold that they used for the frame is the N910F international variant. I think it is very similar to the Verizon model. I'm attaching pictures of the two frames.

hardware differences

Is there any hardware difference between Note 4 variants?
I broke my screen and bent the housing. On ebay, there is a replacement part for Sprint Note 4 (N910P) and the seller says that it will not work for other variants.
Can anyone confirm this?
This won't fully answer your question, but I know for a fact that the Verizon version has the microphones in different places than the ATT and T-Mobile versions. I know because while buying a case, I kept seeing Verizon users rating the case's as 1 star because the case was covering the microphone. ATT and Tmobile users were giving high ratings and saying that the case fit perfectly and didn't cover the microphone.
So my point is that yes, there are some differences, but it depends on the varients. Some varients are the same in some areas, but different in others, while some varients are 100% same. I just don't know how the Sprint version compares to the ATT version though.

Does the us version support esim capability?

Hello guys i have a question about the s20 ultra us version!
Does it support esim or not?
I'm going to have to say no.
I have the USA unlocked version and it has a single IMEI printed on the box.
All of the models that support more than 1 number will have two (physical) IMEIs. The (Exynos) "Duos" models are like this. My Note 9 and S9+ have this feature. It's two physical sims though.
My iPhone 11 Pro Max and XS/XS Max both are capable of multiple lines, one physical (SIM) and an e-sim. I love this feature and (Samsung) really needs to get on the ball with it. I'm certain there's political red tape involved as the international versions have had this capability for numerous generations so it can't be all Samsung's fault. Maybe Tim Cook & Co. has the magic scissors that cut the red tape to jump place in line.
I can only imagine what the 5G enabled (Apple) flagships are going to cost when they finally come out.
