[Q] BlissPop issues, any solution? - Oppo N1

Hey, I've installed the ROM BlissPop from moonlight ROMs, an unofficial port to the N1. Until a more stable 5.0 ROM is out, with as much customisation.
Link: http://m.romzj.com/rom/26410.htm
The issue is, rotation does not work, automatically or otherwise. Also, the hardware buttons, when pressed, don't provide feedback, like a vibration.
Any ideas on why this is happening? Any changes to build.prop I can make?
Obviously with the website and author being Chinese I can't communicate effectively. Not expecting many answers but if you have some idea at all it would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Looking for a good fast stable ROM with the "In-call Numeric Keyboard Problem" Fixed
I don't know about others, but for me, that in-call numeric problem is such a big annoyance, that i would much prefer almost any other decent ROM that has fixed that problem. So far it has been slow work just finding them! I really wanted to give one of Schaps ROMs a go, but the only one i have found is his WM6 Pro 4.01...I can't believe that is his only one? I flashed Faria's R-32 with high hopes and was upset again that it wasn't cooked in there too...
A few I've seen that DO have it are VP3G's, I think that Kin0Kin's WM6.0 Final has the option, although i am not exactly sure if he sacrificed it for hotvoice..?
A couple more of the 6.1 ROMS seem to have it built in, I'm wondering is the stability of the 6.1's pretty good by now? I like it fast and stable...well i guess who doesn't
Thanks all for looking and any help finding good ROMS for my want.
what exactly you are finding
Can you explain your problem in detail and if possible with the image. I am getting curious about what you are asking for from all the ROM makers.

Few "messed up" (hard) keyboard key's when you are on a call by wattsja
The hard keyboard keys that are used to type also numeric values [Y(Z)UIHJKBNM.] always give you the number no matter of the status of the blu dot key. This makes it quite hard to do taking a note, replying to an email, or sending a SMS message while you are on call.
This issue is not solved/fixed yet (even in the official HTC WM6.0 WWE release)

this is the problem and not fixed.
other link, same problem
the bug is quite old, but there is no easy way to fix it as you have to cook it in. see here the post of the guy who found the solution for the bug:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=1562185&postcount=63
best is maybe to start to learn cooking for yourself...
I've considered learining to cook for myself, but i just don't know much about it. Any rough idea how many hours it might take someone learning from scratch to develop a good stable ROM incorporating all the necessary tweaks? I also just don't have as much faith that I'd do as good a job as some of the pros on here already when it's all said and done.
Any more new roms have the fix built in? I keep looking and not seeing many of these great roms that have it

Hey guys,
Decided to try my hand at porting tonight using this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1908008
I HIIIGHLY recommend it if your thinking about, or looking to start porting.
For a while I wanted to port something that was unique to our forums. Since we have some amazing AOKP builds thanks to Haze028: http://forum.xda-developers.com/member.php?u=4153704, and some nice AOSP and stock JB from Houstonn: http://forum.xda-developers.com/member.php?u=4852479, I decided I wanted to see if I could bring something unique to the forum. I was thinking something like Paranoid, or maybe RootBox, but then I found CarbonRom. So I present to you my first, and I do mean FIRST!!! (and hopefully not last) successful attempt and almost kind of doing some sort of dev work.... maybe, lol.
Anyway its been booted and running smooth so far. Its actually surprisingly smooth, I think maybe even smoother than aokp or aosp. But it could be just me being excited I didn't brick my phone, haha.
Features:
Android 4.2.2
PIE
Xposed Framework (May cause stability or performance issues - use at your own risk!)
Comprehensive speed enhancements, including Linaro -O3 and processor-specific optimizations
Unofficial Voodoo Sound support on Note 2 and i9300 devices.
Option to hide lockscreen hints
Carousel lockscreen
Customizable lockscreen buttons and sliders
Chronus clock widget
Customizable hardware and software keys
Transparent navbar and status bar
Customizable navbar ring
Navbar arrow keys
Navigation bar widgets
Customizable power menu
Notification power widget
Notification brightness adjustment
Customizable quicksettings panel
Statusbar mods including center clock and color
LCD Density
Theme engine
Quiet hours
Volume rocker music controls
Full Rotation
Customizable battery and notification light
More that haven't even been mentioned, and more to come!
Not Working / Issues:
*Doesnt seem to be rooted properly. It comes with SuperSU installed, but I was having trouble updating the binaries. So I installed superuser and root checker, but root checker says im not properly rooted. And I cant get busybox to install.
*No NFC, not that anyone was expecting it to work (I hope). It kept fc'n on me when I first booted it so I had to take out the nfc apk's.
I haven't tested this with my sim card yet, so im not too sure about calling and texting. But wifi and bluetooth work, so I anticipate that they will work. I used chadouming's CM10 as a base (thank him here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/member.php?u=1986924), so most things are pretty solid. Im going to have to look into what the issue with root might be. Again this is a work in progress, so it can only get better from here.
Anything else, please let me know.
And please bare in mind that this really is my first go at something like this, so be kind, lol. If anyone smarter that me, and I know your out there, wants to take what ive made and run with it to make it better, and maybe start another thread with a more stable build, go crazy.
Its hosted on my dropbox, so depending on how quick you guys click, if at all, the link may go down quick. If anyone who gets a download is able to post or host a mirror Id appreciate it.

[Q] Voice Calls on the Unofficial Beautiful Beanstalk for GT-N5100

First things first. Congratulations to the developer for this amazing ROM. I desperately want to use it as my daily driver on my 5100. The problem is that I use my tablet as a phone and voice calls have proven to be completely unreliable on this CM based ROM. I wonder if there is a resolution to this problem. Can the calling function be restored to normal, how it should be on a phone?
Somebody asked this question on the developer thread, only to be completely ignored. I wonder if this is too noobish a concern?
Any help would be highly appreciated. Dying to move away from Touchwiz...
Thanks
It's a general problem of all CM based ROMs. Think we will never get a solution for that on our N5100

Q&A for [ROM][N7-2013][5.1 r3][LMY47I] Chroma – 04/05/2015 | Layers
Some developers prefer that questions remain separate from their main development thread to help keep things organized. Placing your question within this thread will increase its chances of being answered by a member of the community or by the developer.
Before posting, please use the forum search and read through the discussion thread for [ROM][N7-2013][5.1 r3][LMY47I] Chroma – 04/05/2015 | Layers. If you can't find an answer, post it here, being sure to give as much information as possible (firmware version, steps to reproduce, logcat if available) so that you can get help.
Thanks for understanding and for helping to keep XDA neat and tidy!
Does HDR work on this ROM? I've tried quite a few ROM's on my N5 and in most the HDR in google camera was non-existent in the options menu.
Is this a bug?
I've been looking through settings, and I can't find how to disable heads up notifications. I also tried search and that didn't do any good. Is the option missing? Or am I just blind?
ROM is great
But i've got a feature request for you. Previously i saw this only in mod for stock and in one rom. I'm talking about linking nav bar and status bar colours feature. Idk how it will be practical, but looks nice.
Fixed Camera Error on 04/08 build
I don't know if this post helps, but right after flashing Glitch kernel r320 I got the camera to work, so could it be that stock kernel has some issues?
Latest Update - what kernel is compatible
Hi there I'm curious what kernel works wittehe latest Chroma update as well as any additional files needed for f2fs. Thanks!
Btw best and quickest ROM I've used to date love the minimal GApps and overall speed/mem usage
I didnt found where to post it properly, so...
I found a bug in AOSP keyboard. When you try to change language, it force closes. Sometimes it closes when you open keyboard, sometimes it dont. I tried to use layers, completly same resoult. The ony modification i use is RRO Layers. Logcat present.
Hope you provide fix soon.
WOW
I think this is the best
Sick of damn crap memory leak on my galaxy note4 lollipop(5.0.1) + touchwiz crap
i found this rom is super awesome managing ram
system ram only 250~300mb!!!! wow!!!
now i installed about 200+ of 3rd party apps, many of them can stay alive, and i can load them very fast whenever i want!
I want to install this ROM but I'm unable or perhaps unwilling to give up the ElementalX app that was pulled from play store. So here's my problem. After I install ROM I try and restore ElemX app via TiBu it says I didn't purchase it. I know this isn't a problem with the ROM but perhaps someone knows a workaround.

this rom overclocked by cpu at 1. 7 ghz, is it okay to overclock. and xposed 5. 1 unofficial isn't working. I flashed it but got bootlop...
I have too few posts to post in the main thread, but just wanted to say thank you for this ROM. Finally a fully stable, fast, and up-to-date ROM that has everything functioning and adds only the extras that I also consider essential such as AppOps/Privacy Guard and power menu.
Great job.
The ONLY issue I've found on my Nexus 7-2013 seems related to the Franco Kernel and not your ROM exactly. The included kernel works with all Camera/USB-OTG/GPS/Wifi, but if you update to the latest R21 release with the Franco Updater app, it will cause the camera to be unable to connect.
I'm currently using the ElementalX-4 kernel instead and it seems fully compatible, and all devices including the Camera work.
Thanks again.

Very nice ROM
Using it for few weeks and love it. Very stable, tried different layers and looks great. Thank you for a wonderful job and hope the updates will be coming, even though it's been discontinued
Alexander
No issues for me. Great work!
Also having issues with media control option.
i still got that home-button glitch
read quite some posting about it, but could not ind out if it was solved or if it will vanish with a new rom.....i am on the latest for n7
I'm having an issue with screen rotation. I can get it to landscape at all. Also it doesn't look like my brightness slider works at all either.
Any ideas?
Sent from my Nexus 6 using XDA Free mobile app
Hello, really love the Rom. Just updated to the new version, fresh clean flash. Everything is running really smooth so far. Have a quick question about the settings menu, maybe I'm missing something but has the expanded desktop option been removed. I need the option to play clash of clans in full screen on my second user account. Any help is greatly appreciated
Latest build running great.

What would be the cleanest and most stable rom?

Hi,
I still have the original factory rom in my tab s SM-T805. And now, it is already high time to change it.
I checked that there is a very good thread about how to root it (thanks!).
Could you recomend me a ROM? I am after this requirements:
- Clean (without samsung's and others' crap)
- Stable
- Without unnecessary extra features that can make it slow. I just would like to be able to use "multiwindow" with almost any app.
Thanks!
You need to check the threads in the dev section. No one can really answer this question.
Thanks!
Personally it's PAC-MAN rom for me so far.
I've tried Iron ROM but PAC-MAN ROM running on Android 5.1.1 is just so freaking responsive!
Everything works so well except for the proximity sensor.
When I'm making calls with the device next to my ear, the screen is still on hence I accidentally pressed on unwanted buttons
and losing precious battery juice.
My battery life improved significantly as well!

Hope it helps

Anyone else have a suggestion for the cleanest most stable ROM? I am on Blisspop on my phone and love it if there's something similar to that.

I also recommend PAC-MAN rom. I have the T700 wifi model so the proximity issue isn't really an issue for me and since the brightness control is working now, I don't have any issue at all. Xposed and Viper4Android both work so I have everything I want that I can think of.
Is it PAC-MAN working better than IRONROM?

Both are great options, but if you have a 5GHz wifi band and want to use it, then you'll want to use PAC-MAN. For some reason IronRom doesn't support it. Also, PAC-MAN is far more customizable since it isn't using TouchWiz.
In the ironrom's thread, most of the people say that is it working... at least that what is said in the survey...
and sorry for my ignorance, whats the difference between using TouchWiz and not using it?
