There isn't a LWP in the zip. Just lock screen sized wallpapers which aren't even from the GSIII.

I could be wrong but I believe that unlike the Tab S the S6 includes theme software that applies those store bought themes.

I'm aware the S6 included this. .. that's why I'm asking how do we get it on the tab S. I tried copying over the theme apk and the theme store apk and installing on the tab and it didn't work.

The theme apk only has the theme (icons, wallpaper, color pallets... Etc) but not the theme engine software. The S6 theme engine software is not available on Samsung stock firmware for the Tab S. There are custom ROMs with their own theming engines such as CM but they still would not work with a theme created for a different theme engine (S6). Simply put your Sol with the S6 themes and the stock Tab S.
