need help porting android L to redmi 1s

I have a question, how to port android L (5.0) to redmi 1s?
I want to port nex5 (5.0 rom) to cm11 as the base rom.
Anyone can help me?
Since i know there are no android L rom for our device, i want to port it so we can feel the taste of lollipop.
I hate using cm11 because there are so many force closed related to some apps that i never faced on older cm version like cm10 or cm10.2
I hate using miui based rom because of the poor ram management problem.
So i decide to use cm

if we already know how to port wouldn't be doing it already?

If you need to ask how to port a rom, then you are noob enough to not be able to do that.

you must use Android L based rom on porting, which is by far only Mokee 5 by syhost and have no RIL, there's no point porting Android L to our devices right now...
better wait working CM12 or Mokee 5.
if you have spare time, try to port stable MIUI 6 from Redmi Note LTE or Redmi 1s LTE to CM11 R16 base on our devices, if it's boot and have no problem we would be thankfull (pssst enjoy your bootloop)

Redmi 2s AOSP rom

Can someone put AOSP rom to redmi 2s too,i know this wrong threat,i use cm11 base on android 4.4.4 right now

i'd like to know if there are any AOSP based for the Redmi Note 5A (ugglite)? some roms i've found are for the Redmi 5A which is different from the Note 5A.

The LOS14.1 works well. I haven't tried the others yet, but AOSP extended is there. I don't think the developers have created any forum threads, so I don't know how to get updates.

Where are the custom roms?

I'm currently in the situation that I need a new phone. The Redmi Note 8 and the Redmi Note 7 are almost the same price. That's why I would prefer the Redmi Note 8. Now I saw on XDA that there are a lot of ROMs for the Redmi Note 7 and only 2 officials for the Redmi Note 7. Is there a reason for that? I know that the Redmi Note 8 is new. But still after some months I thought there would be more official roms.
What do you think? Will there be more in the future or is the Note 8 abandoned? And what is the reason for that?

posp,
aosip derpfest,
PE(both unofficial and official),
mi room,
miuimix,
lineage os,
bootleggers,
mi novo,
hydrogen os,
superior os,
ressurection remix,
aosip
development has already started for note 8. But the only issue is that all these roms give random reboot in huaxing display(Except PE). If you have tianma display it would work fine.

because maybe it's not stable yet..or maybe the developer doesn't want to post.. Can't say buddy, you gotta ask the devs themselves lol
