This ROM is nearly identical to the SD v 2.0 ROM but is based off of the updated 1.17.401.9 International base. It will get another update once i get some good feedback and some free time to incorporate the new stuff. You will need to either install the kernel linked above or install an app such as SELinux Mode Changer from the playstore for busybox to work correctly(which most SU apps require).

Thanks for trying it out! As far as hotspot goes, I have no problems, can anyone else confirm that hotspot is not working? I also had not had a single force close since making this Rom and flashing it on Saturday, are you using any 3rd party apps for calling? As far as att contacts, are you sure they aren't your sim contacts? Try going to 'phone' swipe over to the right to 'phonebook' and hit the down arrow right where it says phonebook. It will allow you to selected what contacts are showing. I am on att and dont have any contacts showing for att. Good luck and hopefully we can get you all fixed up!

Aaargh. Thanks for a great work. I love the lack of AT&T crapware. I had the "home" button stop working within a few hours of install two separate times. I think that was fixable, but I was having a problem with my Straight Talk MMS. I have seen this on other ROMs, and it is a weird incompatibility that is rarely solved without a new SIM card. Thanks for the great work. I will probably keep trying to get it to work. Has anyone tried to dirty flash over v2.0?

What version of the device are you running on? I can't replicate the home button not working either! I hate that there are problems here and there but I cannot replicate them in order to help any. Is there anyone else here using straight talk? I am not sure if it is related but when I was living in Japan I couldn't get mms without a modified messaging app because softbank had some stupid extra mms setting.... It was a huge pain in the ass. I will do so research!

This is a stock-based ROM that I've made using UCUEMJB firmware for the AT&T Galaxy S3. I've spent a lot of time developing this ROM making it nice and stable and using the tweaks I thought were the best for smoothness, battery life, and stability. This ROM uses a modified, optimized UCUEMJB kernel by me that includes support for init.d scripts and a few extra bells and whistles.

Installation Instructions:
You MUST have the UCUEMJB or UCUEMJ2 bootloader and the UCUEMJB modem installed before proceeding or this ROM will not work properly. Your data and wifi may be broken if you do not do this first. These are available here: Bootloader and Modem Options
Download ROM to SD card
Reboot into recovery (Must be the latest version)
Do a factory reset
Wipe cache and dalvik cache
Wipe system
Flash Rom (This process may take a minute or two)
Wipe cache and dalvik cache again just to be safe
Tap reboot
In TWRP: Slide the slider to allow TWRP to fix SuperSU permissions (optional)
Post Installation Instructions:
Upon first boot, SystemUI may force close due to modifications. Let the phone settle for a minute and reboot. You should not experience this again.
It is HIGHLY suggested that you keep ALL Google Now cards off, verify that you are not updating your location with Google Maps (in Maps settings menu). Remember, Google Now automatically turns on your location settings to update through Google Maps, so after enabling Google Now, unless you want your location on all the time, go to Google Maps and turn it off. Your battery will thank you even more.
If you get a Google account sign-in error after installing, there is an easy fix. Go to Menu > Settings > Accounts and Sync. Please REMOVE your current Google account and then add it again. I do not know why this happens to some people, but it doesn't seem to be ROM related. It happens on several devices including the Nexus. Removing and then re-adding your account again fixes this problem

Since this is the first build, it looks almost exactly like stock. I wanted to get an initial release out for testing and get the important things right first before I go messing with other things. I will be uploading pics as soon as this file uploads. Thanks for being patient. I am going to be themeing hopefully in the next build. Current upload progress is at 100MB/679MB. sigh

Sorry about that. I don't have a host site that can handle huge files except Google and skydrive. If you can see the ROM you should just be able to click it (for me it took a couple of times, and if you're on a PC you just right click and download.

I was actually thinking about doing an intergalactic ringtone. I don't want to do a bootsound because I think most users agree that can get annoying. I specifically deleted it when I created the ROM. I'll consider it for the next release very seriously.

General Information:
The base ROM is close to stock with additional permance and battery tweaks. The tweak package adds user configurable mods in an easy to use AROMA Installer. TrickDroid means YOU have the choice, which tweaks are important on your device. The Tweaks Installer also offers you the choice to return to stock for individual mods anytime you want.
If you fullwipe, you will only see a few mods, this is because during testing I experienced that choosing too many mods might cause FC's or even a bootlop.
For everyone who doesn't wipe, will see every single mod option in AROMA.
The tweak package is mainly for the people who did a fullwipe and want to flash all other mods!

I will always try to rebase the ROM on the latest update, the new update hasn't been rolled out to many people and I think this official base is pretty good!

It's no bug:
If you fullwipe, there will only a few mods, including too many mods might cause FC's, I have the tweak package ready at third post, flash it after the ROM and you will see all mods.
If you do not fullwipe, you will see all options btw.
APM is included from the beginning also

APM is there, it is just a little bit different:
If you tap on restart, you can reboot in recovery, bootloader etc.

Holding home brings up Google Now and not recent apps like I am used to. How do I change it back? Easy! Install Nottach and go to apps options. Then pick double home function and pick camera app. Reboot. Now when you press and hold home you will have recent apps.

I think this will help you.
1. Copy ROM to internal SD Card
2. Enter Recovery (Volume Up + Home + Power button)
3. Do a Wipe/Factory Reset
4. Flash ROM
5. Flash LokiDoki
6. Reboot your device

If this means what I think it does then yes. The stock 4.3 rom I am running supports song and artist information from streaming content.

The stock kernel doesn't have loki yet, so after flashing the rom, flash KT's kernel or any other 3rd party kernel. James will update his kernel soon!

3. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Make a FULL NANDROID BACKUP
2. Download Echoe Rom and make sure the md5 matches
3. Download the AT&T or T-Mobile kernel of your choice
4. You need to do a clean install!!! Wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache, Wipe data/factory reset and Wipe System and then Install Zip (from either external or internal SD depending on where you chose to save the Rom)
5. The installation process takes between 3-5 minutes. Let it do its job Also the 1st boot also takes 3-5 minutes. I would also recommend that before the initial setup, you dont do anything to your phone for 5 minutes... Let it settle and then proceed with the initial setup... That's just my usual ritual with any Rom I flash
Note: Even if you are coming from a previous version of Echoe Rom, it is still STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that you do a full wipe before flashing!!
6. Flash the AT&T or T-Mobile Kernel of your choice.
7. Reboot and Enjoy
8. Once 1st setup is done, check your APN to make sure you have the AT&T LTE APN.

Don't want to steal friedrich420's thunder but if you use a file explorer such as ES File Explorer and go to system; build.prop; and edit all you have to do is change the model number from GT-I9505 to SGH-I337 and the ro.product.name=jfltexx to jflteatt and the
ro.product.device=jflte to jflteatt
Save the changes and reboot and you will have the device name as SGHI337 and the 4G lte symbols in the status bar will be a att symbols.

Fabulous Working Rom

Edit: I think I fixed my LTE (its showing 4G but actually is LTE)
However, i dont think write protection is fully disabled. It doesnt stick on reboot and sometimes fails (ex. I installed adaway but 5 hours later it got disabled and after trying to enable it again i got force rebooted)
Thanks tho, glad im off that horrid AT&T bloated ROM.

Its better, always depends on user. But soon with Our kernel will be a beast
Battery holding out with about 4 hours screen. With new kernel it is already noticeable. Should be posted soon. By far better than stock.

check that in development thread f9r Eye, there is a thread for that, also great support. This rom uses Aroma. Easy way.
