can you give us you're feedback please?

"This is an extremly unstable preview, nearly nothing is working."

WOW! I really feel glad that HTC One V is getting lollipop. I hope this ROM gets better as time goes on. BTW, thank you jonas2790 and rastomanchik for devoting your time in this project.
As this is also a Cyanogenmod based ROM, will it have the same bugs as found in the KitKat version? Will you be able to update this ROM to Cyanogenmod 12.1 Lollipop 5.1 version?

Sure we'll be able to update the rom to android 5.1, I think this won't be a big issue.
Yes I'm very sure it will have the bass bug, I don't know if it will have the video cam bug.
But at the moment those bugs are smallest problem as we need to get the basic things working first.

BETA-48 or jonas2790's 20150321?

Jonas2790's 20150321

Mediaserver is disabled because of a memory leak, so expect much random reboots.

I have read on the internet that the memory leak is a release-time bug of Lollipop 5.0.2 and that Google confirmed this BUG and thus has fixed it in Lollipop 5.1.

There appears to be a xposed module aimed at fixing the mem leak, perhaps that's worth taking a look at?

Yes I'm aware of this bug, but this one is, compared to our memory leaks really a minor one (obviously because other lollipop roms don't crash after 5 seconds)

After much work the mediaserver issue is fixed and I also got camera and wifi working now.
The camera is laggy because of all the debug logging, but video recording works perfectly and I also know how to fix the cm11 issue with video recording.
I'll upload the new build this evening.

About ROM sources, I do not have them, because this is ported ROM not built from scratch. I don't have powerful internet connection to clone the source git.
For Kernel source, I used NULL kernel. You can have it here
Note:
1. After installing, enable Developer Options and go to Settings > Performance and uncheck Set Thermal. Then go to Processor and change Max to 1008 MHz
2. M8 in title is Milestone-8 (not HTC M8) Some people get confused with Milestone 8 and HTC M8, according to this

What's the difference between this rom and other AOSP lollipop roms in the forum? Genuinely questioning, not flaming.
After Jake I never thought I'd see omni for our device.
@Flo0008 you are a savior, and I hope more developers look into using omni as a base.
Thank you very much for sharing your build.

Omni like slimkat, is typically very light. The intention being to use it as a solid base, then to build upon it with their own cherry picked options.
Dirty unicorns for our device was based on omni and was packed with a ton of features. omni itself maintained officially by Jake, was very very light. Barely any customizations.
That means fast, good battery, and it works.
Or you can load it up to be whatever you want it to be.
Ok thanks for explaining!

You are completely right, Omni is a great rom. It is one of my favourites because it doesn't have that
much modifications. Less is more.
@Flo0008
Couldn't agree more. I used to hang out a good bit in the old omni thread and really learned to appreciate simple ROMs. Battery and speed is definitely noticeable.
always good to see one more dev, good luck!!

One more ROM to the club of the "Simple and reliable, it won't let you down" :good:
Good base, but you'll need to add some simple features to make users life easier.
I used PA as base but I needed to purify the source a little bit to make it more lightweight I didn't know Omni was that good, unfortunately I have made too many progress already on it, if I don't I would switch to Omni.
Keep it up @Flo0008

It has RRO support just. But if they committed RRO, I think their gonna implement Layers as a combo. RRO by itself does nothing.
@GalaticStryder
Pa is a good base as well. Honestly I'm surprised to see any form of omni.
@jakew02 beat his head against the walls forever trying to get omni on a 4.4 kernel base but was having a real hard time with camera.
Anyways, better late than never.

Waiting eagerly for vs980 to drop! Will flash tomorrow morning and report back. Currently running aicp + render.
I don't know why, but i've tried every lollipop rom for the D801 and all of them is plagued with the WIFI - Bluetooth bug including this one, where if i connect to WIFI and turn on Bluetooth, then the WIFI goes off. Is this a Lollipop bug or just something else?
D800 clean flash, almost everything works well except compass, stock mms and the WiFi/Bluetooth issue.
Edit: MMS works on 3g but not 4g. May be APN settings.

Just install cm12.1, set up it properly, and flash cm13 without wipes.
I'm sorry for the fact that the first build is so broken.

So, I'm actually on CM 12.1 with xposed...what happens if i flash CM 13 on it? Will I have xposed already installed with previous settings or will I nave to reinstallare it? And if I do a nandroid backup it will backup xposed too?
Thanks a lot
I have done what you told me
i used data of 12.1 and install cm 13.1
it freezed after 10s after the starting screen
hope you fix the freezing bug in the next build and make it more as stable as possible
thank you,anyway
thank u for hard work.. keep fighting!
Thank you very much, I was looking forward to this moment for many months!
Have you tried if adoptable storage works?
Hope you guys will fix the bug soon and move forward to CM14
Ok. For all past time I couldn't fix most of known bugs and I feel a terrible lack of time.
Sorry, but i can not maintain neither cm 12.1 nor cm 13 now. Jacoghi also work on this ROM, i think he will be able to fix majority of bugs.
I hope that you will understand me.

Reporting bugs
DO NOT Report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed Xposed
Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
If it is a random reboot, grab /proc/last_kmsg. (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
If the problem disappears after running "setenforce 0" from a root shell, grab /data/misc/audit/audit.log
Any bug not reported in the bug report format below may be ignored.

Looks very promissing. As we won't have official Oreo, all the hopes are in this rom
Testing. Good rom for being an alpha.

Do you have a source about that? because, speaking from what i know, Moto/Lenovo hasn't confirmed that we won't have Oreo yet. By the way i too presume that, but it's totally hypothetical.
And, to not get off topic, this rom is surprisingly stable. Runs very well, thanks dev.
Edit: ivan290 you're right. I saw in official Motorola Blog that our device is not going to be officialy updated (published a couple of hours ago).

Ok, I figured it out. For those of you out there who want to root this with Magisk, grab the Google Pixel unofficial magisk build from the normal magisk thread. Also, I must say for an alpha rom it works really well! Only problem are occasional stutters and lags when performing animations, but I have had this rom for a couple hours now and haven't found that to be that bad as of now. Other then the obvious camera bug, and fingerprint sensor issue, the rom works great. Thanks!
The "Android Authority" page say it, and is based on the upgrade page of Motorola which says if your device will update to 8.0 or not. Moto G4 and all the 4th gen will stays in 7.0.
Bug report: Local audio playback doesn't work with the default apps. Tested with the default music player, Google Play Music and Musixmatch. PowerAMP and music streaming apps (tested with Spotify and Tidal) work fine.
Edit: https://pastebin.com/3t9pxwz6
I was able to root with magisk without any issues.. The rom is very stable apart from the known issues.. There is a advanced system settings FC that keeps happening from time to time.. Very sad to hear that we won't get an Oreo update!!

I did a clean flash with this ROM I flashed micro Gapps for 8.0 as posted in olden thread. VoLTE was working fine but logo was not present in status bar. And sometimes phone did automatically factory data reset while receiving call. Showing MSG advanced settings has been stopped.
How i can dissable the battery led?

This is a los 15 dev thread. We request users to not post irrelevant topic in this thread.
WOW! Thanks for Oreo!!!
Have had this build for a day or two now and it works great! As mentioned in the Lineage Legacy thread, foobar2000 works well with this rom for music. Only a little bit of heating up while watching Netflix or Prime videos. Except for the bugs mentioned in the OP, this is a brilliant start to LOS 15 and very functional as a daily driver already (not much of a camera guy) Well done devs and all the guys involved. And thank you for ensuring we get the latest from Google!! You guys rock!!
Will you guys post a new version soon? I need camera... Fingerprint sensor and thats nota working for me ?? well it is working bit i can't register any finger (sorry for that bad english).

If you have a major bug to report that has not been reported already, please take the following steps to report it to us. It will save you, Team Resurrection Remix and me quite some time.
Download the MatLog app from the Play Store.
After downloading the MatLog app, go to the app settings, and change the log level to Debug.
Clear all previous logs and take the exact steps to produce the error you are receiving. As soon as you receive the error (probably a force close), go straight into MatLog and stop the log recording.
Copy and paste the entire log either to Hastebin or Pastebin
Save the log, and copy and paste the link into the thread with a brief description of the error.

hmmmm iirc it is both working on my recent rom and in MIUI roms too since YSL is a stereo speaker afterall, guess i do a nandroid backup and check it out for myself.
oh and one things, when the device is lowbat (15% below battery), the LED notif. light won't stop blinking, and i try finding the function on it on settings and i seems can't disable it.
overall, the UI is smooth, no huge drains, camera is pretty nice already even with stock, and its pretty smooth on gaming too. :fingers-crossed:
Battery LED Disable Option
No,There Is Only One Speaker.. As Well In Miui Official Rom Too
