I realized that CM12 doesn't have that feature so I found a simple app for changing lockscreen wallpapers and want to share with you.
Its not my work I'm just sharing it. All credits to original developer abdismoz

Instructions:
1. Download and install the app from above link
2. Open gallery >your desired wallpaper > go to set picture as > select lock wallpaper.
3.done!!!

I found a pretty cool trick to get a glass lockscreen.
1) Settings > Display > Lock screen Wallpaper
2) select Wallpaper Gallery
3) choose any wallpaper
4) open rom manager and fix permissions (or fix through recovery)
5) restart phone
