The offer lists you will receive the $150.00 visa prepaid card with in 6 weeks of activating your new verizon account.
They also have a $50.00 offer if you upgrade your verizon account to a new phone.
This is a great deal and with this my new m9 will only cost me $50.00 after receiving my $150.00 visa prepaid card.
The offer is good through a date in June so everyone has plenty of time if the m9's get on back order.

I hit the buy it now on their site and it takes you to the verizon site to purchase its like the old verizon site but it works even lets you pick the first 3 digits of your new number along with your area code they just pick the last 4 digits, this is nice and the regular verizon site never lets you pick your new number they just give you whatever they want unless you call in or go to a corporate store but those ways the phones usually cost you more than on line and you wont get the $150 rebate visa card by calling in to verizon or going to a verizon store.
You can call the number to order on that site for the special or order by hitting buy now. I think the number only comes up on the site if your viewing it on a phone I think on a pc it does not show the phone number just the buy now part I do believe.
I look forward to getting my $150 prepaid visa rebate card.

I got the same 2 day fed ex shipping that everyone else got so I received my gunmetal grey m9 on 4-10-15 It sat in Newark NJ for almost a whole day think verizon asked fed ex to not deliver them until the 10th if you got standard 2 day shipping.
I would not put that past verizon they would do that in a heartbeat...

I got a nice surprise in the mail lol. I had opened my new verizon service through the comcast web site because they had a offer for a $150 prepaid visa rebate card well I thought the $150 rebate prepaid visa card was only good for one line, any way I had opened 2 lines of service, one for myself and one for my girlfriend and they sent me a prepaid visa card for $300 I was only expecting $150 lol that was a welcomed sight lol.
So apparently the offer is not limit one rebate, lol.
Also offer listed you would receive the card with in 6 weeks of activating your device, and I activated mine on 4-10-15 so just over 3 weeks and its here so they are pretty quick getting them out and not waiting until the last minute to send them out.
So its a good deal by far and you can also trade in an old phone with the verizon device recyle program which I did also on both lines so I have a $200 credit coming from verizon sending in an evo 3d and a rezound both I have had laying around in a drawer just wasting away lol.

So when we purchase the phone at Bestbuy they give us a $50 gift card on top of the phone freedom gift card? I can't find anything on Bestbuy's website that says that. Already signed up for the phone freedom promotion. Would love 50 more dollars.
Think I'm going to jump on this deal.
I was trying to hold out for a 32gb phone over the 16 but I just got a 64 gb SD card as well. Considering at this point it would cost another $100 to get the extra 16 gb, it just doesn't make much sense to wait, IMO.
Also, I can find nothing strange about the Wirefly agreement other than you have 14 days to return it to them if you don't like it as opposed to taking it back to a Sprint store.

I don't see it on the website either, but it is the same promotion they've been offering on the Evo LTE. This is what they offered me in-store. Not sure about online sales.
When ahead and got this deal. I should get $50 cash back from my bank as well.
That puts me at $100 for the device. It's a blue 16GB version. But for $150 less than a white 32GB version, I can live with it.
Even at $50 difference between the 16 and 32 it's just not worth it when you consider I just got a brand new SanDisk 64GB card for $50.
Their web site says they are shipping tomorrow, but I highly doubt that.

I think you are talking about the fact that the phone needs to be connected on the same line for at least 6 months:

yes you can...you use the$50 you used to reserve it for, and it will print out the freedom card for $50, so you'll play about $118 after tax

Not taking either side here, but when radio shack was offering the GRAY HTC One X for 49.99 pre order, it seemed like a no brainer so I ordered it. Went into my local ATT with reciept- not only did they match the price, they allowed me to walk out with a white one on launch day. Remember they were going for 199 @ the time.

I was able to get mine for 199 too.
I had called customer service this weekend and asked about ordering the note II.Now since I am a premier customer I had to talk to regular CS. At the bottom of the page on the GN2 it says limited time offer: up to 100 offer. I specifically asked if this 100 discount was already taken off of the current price or if it would be applied to the 299. I had 2 specific CS reps tell me it would be off of the 299 price. So basically making it 199. I had both of them make a note on my account stating it would be 199 after the discount. So I called and talked to premier today and they tried to give me the run around about the 199 price and I told them I had spoke to multiple CS reps and they stated it was going to be 199 after the discount. I also mentioned that it should have been noted to my account. Once all was said and done the CS manager said that since I was told the price would be 199 and it was documented on my account twice they would agree to that price. So he said to pre-order it online and to call back to adjust my account the 100 bucks. I was also able to get my activation fee waived and since I was a Premier customer I got the $25 bucks off of the order. So basically I got this phone for $175 plus tax. Not too shabby!! It also had a spot when ordering to choose FED EX Next day AIR for 14.95. I opted for that and hope it will be here tomorrow. GL to those that are going to try this and I hope this thing gets here quick.

What made this even more strange is that right in the next shopping center, there is an AT&T store (299.99)
So I called AT&T/P to simply inquire cuz it is $100 bux diff. + being limited to purchasing devices solely via (P) website, etc...
Sort of a bummer that we cant take advantage. The rep was kind enough to look at history and kindly got an approval to order the device at $199
I wasnt really pushing the 'give me or else' leave the opps open to a billing credit, or anything else of the value and they will easily sort something.
Here is the fact...They usually always do.
Also remember this, the world of strict inhouse / innetwork phones is RAPIDLY coming to a demise.
With Google phones & a billion other options to purchase better devices and cheaper from China...
You would be surprised how much the ropes are starten to loosen.

I called Premiere CS & they said that the $100 is already account on the $299. I wasn't able to get them to reduce it to 199.99.
EDIT:
WOOHOO, after 6 unsuccessful calls, I finally get a regular CS rep (the Premiere CS rep couldn't help me at all) that was willing to help me out. He was kind enough to give me the $100 discount but on the next bill only. He said that he see's on my account that I've been trying to upgrade to a Note 2 but keep on getting disconnected. That was the only way I could get $100 off the 299.99 pricing.
So here's the final pricing w/ discount & credit on next bill
$270 (so I got an extra 29.99 off) w/ free 1 day shipping
w/ a -$116.57 credit on next bill

new here but have been watching the xda closely lately cuz im getting a sgn2, with that said i am not concerned of the price, money comes money goes that the way of life just like *****'s. anyway i have been monitering my premier acct with att and it hasnt ben updated since oct 27. i called again today to get some answers cuz it just says processing and its supposed to ship today but the att ***** like always couldnt help me so i said **** u ***** and cancelled my order. ill just go to the store first thing friday morn to pick my **** up. just wondering if any1 else had issues like this.

Well, I don't post much on any message boards. The only reason I actually posted here is because I actually got the deal, just a different way. I think if it helps anyone else get a better deal on the GN2 then it's worth sharing. Just sayin....

To start off, I get a 20% discount off handsets from my company.
I spoke to multiple reps talking about how I'm considering leaving to AT&T and just getting Nexus 4 off contract and getting the T-Mobile 4G nationwide truly unlimited plan for $70 a month. I was able to get $125 worth of credit toward my bills. I was also able to get the Note II for $275 (plus additional 20% company discount) which made it $220. Free 2 day shipping and activation fee waived.
With the discounts and credits, I ended up getting the Note 2 for $95 before tax on a 2 year contract. :good:
My note 1 was "junked out" by best buy. They gave me around $800 store credit (they give you their retail price which is 750+tax) and then I'm having them price match ATT outright cost of 650. I should make $100 store credit to best buy on the deal. and BOOM goes the dynamite.

I use TMobile prepaid and just would like to cancel contract and keep using GS4 on my existing prepaid. I've paid full price for the GS4. So when I receive it I can just cancel my contract and this will not affect any additional fees and/or blacklisting IMEI etc. ?

Go talk to a rep in-store. If you signed up for another plan, while also paying full price for the GS4, you have no contract. You can cancel that plan at any time, you own the device.

Right I just mentioned that for now GS4 is unavailable for prepaid users so I had to subscribe for a contract to order it.

Yeah I looked on the T-Mobile site...no Galaxy S4 for prepaid phones. You have to give them your State ID and SSN to subscribe to a "no contract plan" where you pay the full price of the phone+$70/month. Which is complete bullcrap, because prepaid is the exact same thing, minus being forced to give T-Mobile your State ID/SSN for no reason at all. It's not just T-Mobile either, it's the same way with Sprint. Carriers want as much of your information as they can get; it's not enough you pay for service and the phone anymore.
My issue was much more interesting that anyone here experienced I believe.
When I ordered to my SSN and ID they haven't approve me and I was very wondering why cause I have a great credit score.
Then I contacted credit bureau and find out that my credit score fall <<400 that is unbelievable. Further speech and I realized that I've become a victim of identity theft. Now they confirmed this and recalculated my credit score as it should be. But to save time I had to order GS4 with my girfriend's papers.
Thanks GS4 that I've found identity theft so early.
The only one thing I have to do is cancel the contract once I receive it tomorrow.
So as I bought phone outright should I call somewhere to cancel it or I can just utilize sim card that I receive?
I'm also a prepaid customer, ended up buying the phone full price. Just hate the fact that even if you're paying the ful price you still have to sign up for service. I hope the only thing we have to do is give them a call and cancel the new line.

I did the same thing. I've been a prepaid customer for a year or so, and I opened a post-paid plan account so I could get the GS4. I also paid for the phone in full. I received it today and I already put my prepaid plan sim card on it. I need to cancel the post-paid plan but I'm not sure if I should do it now or wait. The sim card that came with the phone is still untouched inside the box.

It's only $50 if you unlimited talk/text+500MB data pool. If you want prepaid with unlimited data it's $70.

Ok I was thinking that it included 2.5 gb data, but that's an extra $10. So it's $60 if you want 2.5 gb or $70 if you want unlimited.

I ordered mine yesterday night am planning to cancel service and use the phone also out of the country. Reading carefully through threads, but cannot find an answer: is the t-mobile S4 sim-locked? If yes and I paid the full price, can I get an unlocking code from t-mobile? Thanks

I dont think it is SIM unlocked.
I havent read yet on any forums if anyone has been able to have it unlocked yet by t-mobile.

I received it today and I already put my prepaid plan sim card on it. I need to cancel the post-paid plan but I'm not sure if I should do it now or wait. Same thing with me. I am trying to decide when to cancel the new line. SIM card is untouched in the box.

I think my experience might rival yours in "interesting"...
I also want to use the S4 on the $30 prepaid plan, and therefore intended to go the route of buying the phone with a $50 line and then cancel it.
I tried to buy online, but it told me I needed to contact a sales rep to complete the order. After starting an online chat with a sales rep, it turned out they required me to pay an additional $400 deposit. (I am pretty sure I never had an incidence with my credit rating so I am not sure why) As I intended to move over to pre-paid, I asked about the policy of how to get back the deposit if I cancel the line before the 1 year is up after which you automatically get back the deposit. After that she started to accuse me of committing fraud! and that t-mobile is not in the business of selling phones. I then asked her how asking about cancellation would violate their new un-carrier marketing and she asked me "where I came up with such a thing as un-carrier". She then simply canceled my order and hung up on me.
I don't think I have ever been accused of committing fraud before for wanting to pay a store over $1000 to buy their product!
I then tried to order again to get a more knowledgeable and competent representative. Unfortunately this time my bank decided t-mobile was "committing fraud" because they thought a $1000 was an unreasonably large amount for a internet transaction.
After the bank unblocked my credit card, because I told them I really do want to spend that much on a phone, I tried it again. Unfortunately on the third time the "account verification department " declined my request without an explanation of why they wouldn't take my $1000.
So I spent about 3 hours on the phone with t-mobile on Monday and I still don't have a S4 I don't think I have ever had a company as adamant to not taking my money as t-mobile. Now I'll have to wait till the 15th before I can try and buy it in a store
Does anyone know what might have gone wrong, or how to convince t-mobile to sell me a phone?

That's horrible. The reps are obviously just confused with the whole new setup. Every rep I talk to gives me a different story on how/when my classic plan will convert over to the new value plan.

Reps are stupid. I would try and see if you can get it price matched at best buy and buy it there. They should since it will be off contract and you're paying full price. I just don't think they have it in stock yet.

Looks like you won't be able to do it before 15 except asking your relative/friend to do it for you, as I've done it.
Their credit dept haven't approve me since I had credit alert on my credit history due to identity fraud.
Your situation, did they tell you why you should pay 400 deposit?
Have u ever had their postpaid account before? Cause if you've never cancelled their contracts before and had no issues with credit score then I'd suggest to contact credit score bureau and figure out from there why you've been declined.
i work for radio shack and i get a discounted line from all three major carriers i already have my AT&T line which my wife uses and I'm looking at getting the Verizon line for myself I'm really interested in getting the HTC one since HTC has always had a good track record when it comes to my past phones and not a huge fan of Samsung's build quality and sadly Moto maker isn't on Verizon for the foreseeable future so my question is the following my Verizon rep sent me a device list of the devices that i could buy at a discounted price but the HTC one is not on that list is their a way to get an upgraded device list without having to bug my rep and second part of the same question is on average how long does it take to add a device to their list (does it factor on pure time [i.e 2 months] or more along the lines of supply) My rep seems clueless when ever i ask her these types of things.Third question is when are we getting more colors !!!!!!!!!!! lol :laugh:
You have to talk to your rep to get the list of devices and the form to fill out to create a new account. You are at the mercy of her and her schedule unfortunately. Although last time I checked the one isn't on the list yet the newest device is the s4 if I'm correct.

I believe this is correct. Coworker of mine is thinking of getting the One but he didn't see it on his email from our Verizon Rep but then again he doesn't work a lot and this may have been before the One came out. Also as the post above says you should be able to got HTC Champions and do the trade up program for the one. You pay $250 for the device and trade in one of the phones from their trade in list and they mail you a $250 Visa card or $50 depending on the phone you trade. Here is a link to the eligible phone trade in list. Keep in mind it's while supplies last so it could very well be over but I haven't checked since I bought my One at work.

I sell my phones on SWAPPA - they only charge 10 bucks to sell on their site - and I have usually sold whatever phone I was selling within a week - not sure what to sell your note 7 for - I guess it depends on how bad you want to sell it and whether you want to take a loss - good luck
I have put on craiglist and got few messages, I had demanded 950 USD adn people are offering me around 1100and they said they will pay me through paypal and after that I can ship to them.
I have atleast 3 people offering me same story, is that some kind of fraud or do you think it's legit!

It's a scam... What idiot would pay more than asking price. What would happen is you would be paid with a fraudulent method and in a week or so they will have your phone and PayPal will charge back your account and you will be sh*t out of luck. Stick with reputable sites. Swappa, eBay, or try offerup Android app, it posts locally and you meet up in public. And best part it's free.

Never EVER listen to those scams. If it sounds too good to be true then it is. Whenever I try to sell a phone I always get those kinds of messages. "I'm out of the country/ my son lives in X and I need to ship it for his birthday/ this phone is for my wife in London" etc. I'll usually get the address and mail them random crap in the mail to mess with them or send them lewd pictures via text.

They try scamming me so I troll them. For one guy I kept sending "bill me later" magazine and newspaper subscriptions.
i have this coworker, she wants me to help her friend to get commission on credit card, she claims she works at US BANK. this coworker said "you dont need to go to the bank to apply, just text her a pic of your driver license and social security number to her". is she freaking STUPID?? i'm not texting anyone with my driver license and social security numbers !
Swappa, Glyde or Craigslist. If craigslist, take only cash and meet at a public place like an AT&T store.
