Thats not specific enough as too many regions with the same firmware version are available. You can use Phone INFO - Samsung to read out
region code / country
Latest official Android is 4.4.2
firmware I9195XXUCNK1 can be flashed (instaled) using ODIN.

I can't find any valuable informations about your device. SCH-I435 is Verizon's S4 mini. Which carrier is the I435L?

1. In ONE ROM you have MORE THAN ONE COUNTRY
2. By flashing rom, recovery, rooting the phone it is possible to loose warranty or bricking the phone.
3. You can follow these steps:
- Download the rom (firmware) acording to your country from samfirmware or sam-updates websiet.
example 1: http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/database/GT-I9195/SWC/
example 2: http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/database/GT-I9195/AUT/
In that Rom there will also be country like HU, DE, IT, FR and so on.
The software/rom will "take" the CSC for choosing if is a O2 or an ITM or Vodaphone or Verizon etc. after flashing it.
So, you need to change CSC, if you wish to swich from IT to DE for example, and that CSC to be contained into the ROM.
But to change CSC you need root, as far as I can see.
Read here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2751192
section " - How to change CSC? "
I hope it helps.

You will not have any problem flashing different region.
Mine was panama Latin America, but I've flashed Russia, India, Germany, different carrier for my country and all worked fine.

It appeared in samsung's official website and seems to be sold without contract.
It has almost the same hardware to I435.

The phone is not listed as SCH-I435L. The firmware version on Samsung's website is SCH-I435ZKAXAR, search engine shows I435"L"... in title but its not listed anywhere on the Samsung website. If you click on "retailer" online or locally you won't get listed any shops selling this model. The common sources for Samsung firmware don't provide any downloads. Its as the phone doesn't exist. Only option left is to contact Samsung's customer care.

It doesn't matter which region you choose.

Maybe contacting samsung's customer care is ultimate way. The i435L does exist cuz I abtained the firmware version from an ebay's seller.

i found a correct rom but...
The rom has same version i got now (4.2.2)... will something happen if I flash a rom that has same version?

Yes, I am currently writing this message using this exact model, with CleanRom.
Cellular south is your device's region, which is also your CSC. Doesn't really affects anything in terms of wifi (not sure about 3G, it might have slightly different frequencies, I don't know).
The only way it affected me is that my samsung keyboard doesn't have sub-characters enabled (long press for quick access), so i had to install Xposed to fix that (it still has sub characters in a menu, don't get me wrong).
You can ask me anything, I have this exact US model with XAR CSC
thank you. that was helpful.
I go the tablet. But I don't have Twitter on it and when I search on Play Store, the found Twitter is not compatible with my device (that's what Google Play says)
So what's the solution ?
Thanks.

Twitter is banned in some counties, were are you and what country did you select at setup?
.
I am at Turkey and my settings are also Turkish.
I have other Samsung devices which the Twitter works fine with Turkish settings (Note 8, Note 10, S3...)
Also, when I find Twitter from Samsung apps, it works. I just can't find it pre-installed or on Google Play.

Based on your posting I looked at Play and see that Twitter is showing as incompatible for me also. I am based in the US. However as stated Twitter is preloaded on my tablet.
I have run into the issue with ~10 apps reporting as being incompatible. This is my biggest complaint about the tablet.

[Q][SM-T805] How to tell if international model or not?

Looking to buy an open box Galaxy S 10.5 LTE off hands but have my doubts if it's grey import or local Australian stock.
How can I tell which is it?
They are all imports, and same hardware (unlike the SGS3 and SGS2 "T" models). Just possibly flashed with firmware from another region.
You can check all your device details (including product number) easily with phone INFO app from Google Play.
If you wish to update your firmware to the latest or latest to your region, manually download it from samsung-updates.com or sammobile.com and then flash with Odin. Many guides for that.
Best of luck

It really shouldn't, but flashing anything has a risk, no matter how miniscule.
Different laws governing different countries/regions and willingness of the service centre etc.

I might have the current Australian csc rom with me and hopefully could share it with you but before that....
How do you plan to change it to Australia without changing the csc of watch via combination firmware which, apparently is not available as of now for the 825F model.

Man I know the paid site all have the wrong combination files. They are cheating and misleading the people that too after taking money. I know what must have happened you flashed a 825U firmware which was listed under 825F section in that website.
Good for you were in warranty. Rest the firmware i had was the same OLB available on that website. So no use.

I don't think the US firmware T-mobile CSC will work in this case, I have not seen anything suggesting it's use is possible for this scenario..
Also if you search SamMobile for the firmware for your device and don't see T-Mobile firmware you will probably need to use custom firmware (with the features added) and root the device (required for custom firmware).
big thanks dude
is it possible to push tmobile CSC file into international version phone ?

You could probably flash it if the files were released for the model of phone you are using (of which you have not said). At that rate your best off just flashing the carrier firmware itself to ensure full compatibility.
Looking at SamMobile I can find T-Mobile carrier firmware for the N975F, N9750, N975W and N9760

Question Stock Rom "versions"

Hi there,
I would like to flash realme Stock Rom On my realme c21 phone. On the web "oppostockrom.com" there Are many different versions/files

Or
Realme_c21_rmx3201_PU_11_A.29_210419_rft.zip
...
Oppo Stock ROM
Find Oppo and Realme Stock ROM (Firmware) for various Oppo/Realme Devices. All the Oppo/Realme Firmwares listed are available for free.
oppostockrom.com
I dont know how do they differ - I dont known what do thé numbers And letters mean. So i dont know which one to choose.
Can anybody Tell me what Is thé difference; or better: give me advice how to get known which version do i Need for my phone
Thanks
Yes, it's confusing. I can only tell you the number after the A is a build number. https://realmefirmware.com/realme-c21-firmware/ has some versions broken down by region.
Any it the android 10 stock ROMs will work an you change your region firmware as as stated before. Android 10;firmwares start with a.xx.xx
The android 11 firmwares are more specific to region from android 10, and hence you will need to download the correct update from website or pick a region and wait for ota update.
Android 11 firmwares are c.xx builds
Here I am again
Finally I have found compatibile stock ROM file. BUT there is still little difference in the file name: the letters in the end of the codename are different:
Built number of my phone:
RMX3201VF_11_C.11
The chosen stock ROM name is:
RMX3201GDPR_11_C.11
What does there letters mean? Is this diference problem? In the web www.realmefirmware.comhttps://realmefirmware.com/realme-c21-firmware/ there is no file with "VF" in the name.
Thanks

I think you'll find the version with GDPR is the name is the European version. GDPR most likely stands for the EU General Data Protection Regulation
It's possible the version with VF in the name is a version specific to Vodafone. Is yours a Vodafone branded phone? As realmefirmware.com is a 3rd party site it does not have firmware links for every region.

Hm. It's strange, my phone isn't branded and never have been. But I am in EU and my phone was bought here, so I will probably use the "GDPR" version.

It's up to you. The safest strategy would probably be to return the phone to Android 10 and let the phone update itself to Android 11 based on its own location setting. Assuming that's how that update works.
Ok. I will think about your method. As you said I Could use any A.xx (android 10) version

Gdpr is global.
A.53, a.23, a37 etc is androids 10 realme ui1 global varient use region changer to change which region
Global gdrp c_03, c_ 09,c_11 is android 11 realme ui1 global
Export, ex c_03,c_09c_011 is non global and generally has a region attached to it

There is 2 EU versions EUEX AND EU brande
Euex is your no branded EU varient otherwise there is the EU branded varients which are generally your Vodafone brands etc which are labelled generally like any other regions firmware.
Under android 10 region selector is the best screen to see this on. Otherwise there is a few files on /system (just have to find them againyself) that have the different firmware regions) can't cahnge it this way but just a good list.
List of regions
