where did you download the file from? try running a search in the forum for 'Provxml and Xml Config Loader' i created the thread but you obviously need to learn how to use the search function...

Hello, I have 3 days trying to apply transparency to the sense rosie.apk 3.0 and it still fails.
I know I need to edit some xml apk, but I do not know what they are.

I am currently on MYUI rom, it is totally bugless now. I want to edit its system ui to remove the toggles from the notification drag handle, can someone plzz help me,
i tried using apktool, but after removing the qc setting layout from the systemui, it crashes plzz help me, i have also posted this request in another thread of universal tool for nokia x
