troy sorry i think your wrong..but then ty for the effort....got this from asus official website...i hope they did not make typing errors when doing that it has boost master technology http://www.asus.com/Phones/ZenFone_2_ZE550ML/specifications/

Yeah your right. Thanks for correcting me. I thought it was exclusively for the ZE551ML model. ☺

@ pato2015 please do let us know your results as I have a 550 model as well and have been hunting for ASUS OEM charger. But if this works I will just get this one..... AMAZON FREE PRIME!

I take the opportunity of this post to ask my question: is there any risk to use this quick charge adapter with another phone not compatible with the quick charge?

Nope, it's OK. In fact as long as it is capable of providing 5 volt power (USB voltage) it's all good which is most if not all phone/tablet chargers.

* * Cable that does everything smart dock does? OTG USB, HDMI, Charge etc

Hi guys,
I'm interested to know if there's a cable that can do everything that the smart dock does as I don't like the fact I can't use the smart dock in landscape mode.
I want to connect the Note 2 to a screen via HDMI, keep it charged/charging and have a female USB port so I can connect a hub/PS3 controller/Memory stick etc.
Also, I've read online that I may need to root to get all this functionality working?
Sorry if this has been asked before, I'm new to the Android community, just finished using BlackBerry.
Thanks
That's the dream. For now an non existant one...

Will the OEM charger and data cable for LG OGP E988 work with LG OGP F240?

I have bought a LG Optimus G Pro F240. Sadly they didn't provide the original data cable and charger in the box. But considering the price at which I got the device its a big okay from me. I called LG India and visited LG service center. They only have those accessories for E988. They even don't know if the charger and data cable for E988 will perfectly work with F240.
I don't know what to do. Please help me out.
I use a Samsung charger and once a blackberry charger both works fine

Ok I think I'll give it a try. Will buy those E988 accessories. Hope for the best, fingers crossed :fingers-crossed:
If it doesn't work, the charger is broken. It will work fine. I use a Vizio tablet charger for my e980

ROM/Kernel that supports Wireless Charging + USB OTG?

Afternoon everyone:
Sorry if this has been asked before. I have been searching the Dev forums and can't seem to find what I need.
1. I want to be as close to stock as possible.
2. I want DoubleTap2Wake/Sweep2Sleep (if possible)
3. I want to be able to use my wireless charger WHILE using a USB OTG keyboard.
Does anyone know of a combination that will make this possible?
Thanks for any help.
Tests so far that do not work:
1. Stock w/ stock kernel
2. Stock + Bulletproof kernel
3. Stock + ElementalX kernel
4. CM11 w/ default kernel

My usb otg does not work in android UI but, it works in recovery mode.
Still have not found a solution to this. If anyone does have a way to use an OTG device (specifically a keyboard) while on a wireless charger, care to help?

That's exactly what I have right now, lol. Does not allow an OTG keyboard and wireless charging at the same time.

I got 2 Nokia DT-910 stands when they were on clearance at AT&T for $10 each. I also got a charging pad (Nokia DT-900) a year ago for $15 or $25, but AT&T had them on clearance recently too for $5.
