Is it me or other users had lagging issue when using camera manual mode especially when changing value of ISO and shutter speed? Or, it only happen when you are charging your phone?

I run my stock Note 2 in Power Saving mode at all times. I had to replace my device and this one will not limit FPS when Screen Power saving is checked. I have been on numerous Note 2's and they all have reduced FPS to where scrolling through homepages or widgets were noticeably less smooth almost choppy when checked. Is there a fix for this? The phone is perfect other mentioned issue, all the other Power Saving options work fine.
Is nobody familiar with this issue?

Is nobody familiar with this issue? Seems alot less technical than most of these posts.
This was a refurbished replacement and would hate to send it back as TMobile sends some really bad refurbished replacements and this is the only found issue. It is a hassle to me as it greatly reduces my battery life.
Hi,
I always have CoolTool at the top of my screen that shows me CPU cores load and I have noticed an heavy load on CPU.
After shooting a 5 mins video, the CPU temp is near 70°C
What is strange is that this high load happens regardless Im realy recording or just viewing the camera screen without recording.
The load is also the same if I choose a lower resolution.
Do you see the same behavior on your device?

Do the saving modes on Zenfone 2 actually make a difference? It seems to me that Performance mode (runs on 2.3 Ghz) and Normal Mode (runs on 1.8 Ghz) use around the same amount of juice (at least that's how it looks when I look at on screen time) and the last ones (Power Saving and Super Saving) only have network disable turned off, compared to Performance and Normal.
Did anyone test this?

just what it says AFAIK ultra reduces perfomance of processor so that battery last longer.
Hi, When i unlock my phone and tried to change some romes i noticed latency in game. when i slide do left, after 0.3s it shows on screen, its like vSync enabled in old monitor connected to VGA
what could be the problem?
Also i rolled back to MIUI but problem still happening (i noticed it in CODM, playing on LOW Graphics and EXTREME/ULTRA Frame Rate)
Additional RAM is disbabled;
Refresh rate is 60Hz
100% Battery
Performance mode disabled

ultra fps = 90/120fps
why you selecting ultra if you are using 60hz refresh rate?
So i need to enable 120Hz and the latency will go?
Hey guys, i fixed this problem with clearing all data of "battery and performance" and this enables 120fps in cod mobile and i dont have latency with touch. Try it, it will solve all your problems.
