[Q] PACman ROM Question

Hi,
Could somebody please tell me what this white lines in my notification-area are and what funcionality they provide ?
Ive already searched in the forum but had no success.

It's for weather. I generally disable that.

Thank you so much. I also dont need that.
Ive got that disabled on the PAC-Settings but i had to enable it and change the style to disable to fully remove it from my notifications, kinda strange, but it worked =)

There's always a bunch on eBay for decent prices, I'd check there.

That's odd though it just happened like magic! I didn't hit the screen however,so as you said i might need a new display, my tablet is 2 years old anyway.

I didn`t buy one in the end I just stuck with a "normal" case
