I was finally able to reach a point to possibly unlock my sim. After an update, the Sim App. appeared but it is requesting a 8-digit unlock code and the unlock code that I was provided was only 6-digits. I've tried adding two zeros to the beginning of the code, but it returns invalid code. I only have 5 attempts left to unlock, coud someone please help?
can you post a screenshot of the app/menu?

when i send a text message i get an error that says message sent using invalid number of digits. please resend using 10 digit number or valid short code msg 2114. but the number is correct and ive sucessfully texted that same number from my contacts before. i havent changed or altered that contact at all. what is this about??!!

So I did all the steps from T-Mobile for a sim unlock and I got an error and when I put in the code to check if the phone is unlocked I get this picture...

But when I put in an AT&T sim it works automatically without asking for an unlock code. So is the same picture yall get when entering the code to check your unlock status or is something weird going on.

hello, i was trying to unlock my bootloader so i can root it and have some fun with it, until i tried to unlock bootloader it didnt work i found out i had simlock on? since i got the phone from EE UK any way to unlock simlock without paying??? since i know scams trying to steal your imei number

Well I think I got something to do with this sim unlock of this model after hours of researching at cost of get my phone modem wasted, but i share something, now the t-mobile app unlock says that its permanent unlock but the phone doesnt recognize the sim or the network.
