I don't know about battery or performance yet. Just updated. But it fixes the front camera problem in which your photos were dark

and when i flash the stock room for t2 ultra 19.3.a.0.472
my mobile start normally but just i select language my mobile restart and i tried several times but the proplem still goning and i cant update my sony pleasw help me
i relock the bootloader and the OTA start normally...successfully done..
how to root this version 193.a.0.472
how i can root this version and i face same proplem with head phone when i use head phone for making acall i hear my sound again repeated as in last version
but in perivous version i change sound path to fix this proplem

As far as tested, this update is a crap, a piece of sh**t. All bugs from the older 15.5.A.0.18 update are here, except themes installation that got partially fixed

+1 I tested the firmware for single sim and guess what same ****,
Like the themes arn't even completly fixed cause install some themes and apply it will bootloop so really it's a ****y update performance to just **** back to 4.4 best thing to do

Since i cannot make a backup of my phone, i have to take a risk whether i should try this update or not. Are there anything other than the themes fixed? because on this current firmware there is already a themes fix. And since i dont want to lose all my customisations on my current firmware, i dont think i will update. Im gonna wait for that 4.4 update i hope

I don't know about bugs but I can say that performance is better than previous update. At least the apps are opening faster.

I'm also using brazil firmware 15.5.a.1.5 for xmd and now bsnl 3g signal got very weak, maybe frequency differences. i think only way is to install any older official firmware and then update to latest using pc companion.

There are many 'world' releases from different countries.
I'd be interested to see if the Serbian 'world' 15.4.A.1.9 release has SMS(txt'n) character optimisation option as the 15.4.A.0.23 version did.
I know the Malaysian 15.4.A.1.9 release doesn't have an SMS character optimisation option (FYI)
Update - Oh, and you may want to check the Wireless 5GHz regulations for the country you're in if you plan to use 5GHz WiFi.
Singapore has a different set of regulatory channels/frequencies compare to say Europe.
Checked WiFi conf on other ROMs and don't see any differences in WiFi ini between the ROM's so no reason to think Singapore would be any different as a 'world' unbranded ROM.
I did get caught out using an Indonesian Xperia M (C1905) Android 4.1 ROM once and at the time it didn't even support 5GHz WiFi (regulations for Indonesian 5GHz WiFi changed to now allow it, but not sure if that's now reflected in ROMs)

At other forum I meet a lot people who stuck at animation right after unlocking bootloader.
What happens not clearry (messing /data?), but just flashing stock surely helps.

There is a root method in the Cross-Device section (towel root). CWM currently no available on our phones, but I think its work in progress

TW firmware have some "chinese?" apps pre-installed on data partition...

when i tried to flash it it gives me error 'flashing aborted'.
something's wrong with it i think.
EDIT: ok...understood ..You told on another thread that there is a file name upgrade or firmware info.xml
that's the problem.

Yeah, it happens because of the file I told before. On my FTF it doesn't happen. Try it and tell me if it works fine for you!
works perfect for me, until now i think is best sony give us in updates, runs smooth camara is supererb, ram is well manage im very happy right now with my Xperia zl and my xperia Z

Haven't try it yet but what do you mean it doesn't works with Titanium and Xposed? Kingroot was supposed to be works like normal APK right? You just install and touch root right? What does it had to do with Titanium and Xposed? Thanks

You have the same internal memory in your T2 ultra, like in the M2 (8GB), is that correct?
If so, how much space do you get free after updating to lollipop? Can you get the unused 3.5~4GB if you uninstall all bloatware, like in 4.4?
Also, is it true that ART makes the apps take up more space than Dalvik? I can provide screenshots to compare if needed.

I've updated with OTP, officially to lollipop.
I got 4.7GB free... ya, we've 8GB.
I guess, it'll take space for odex files. Because Dalvik will create odex while we open the app every time. But ART creates it the time we install the application, and will use that odex file evrytime we run it. So, probably...

No I didn't face any such issue
It might be becoz of difference in region as this rom was intended for C6502 INDIA
Tethering issue with WiFi & USB...
I've xperia ZL (C6502) since last 2 yrs.
I am facing problem, whenever I try to tether using WiFi or USB. It shows error: - "Error occurred during tethering."
I tried installing FTFs (Customized US - 10.7.A.0.222 / R3E & Customized IN - 10.7.A.0.222 / R1E) downloaded through XperiFirm but both have same issue.
Then I installed PureX ZL v2.0 but this too have the same problem.
Is there anything wrong with my ZL mobile phone ?
If i flash this ftf using flashtool will i loose my root access

I am not technically strong to answer this. But as far I know tethering is often a problem related to software

Yes definitely your phone will be restored to factory settings
