Hi, I am needing your help badly.
Earlier today I was running low on battery. I tried to switch it back on as I am waiting for an important message. I left it on at 1% and placed my phone back to my bag. When I checked it for messages, I saw the samsung logo and thought that phone might have rebooted.
After 30minutes, it's still stuck at samsung logo. When i arrived home I plugged it in for charging and tried to switch it off, it won't let me. So i went to recovery. Then I saw an error:
E: could not mount data/data to set up/data/media path!
E: can't mount/cache/recovery/command
E: can't mount/cache/recovery/log
E: can't open/cache/recovery/log
E: can't mount/cache/recovery/last_log
E: can't open/cache/recovery/last_log
E: can't mount/cache/recovery/last_install
E: can't open/cache/recovery/last_install
I tried to wipe cache/dalvik it was successful but it gives me the error above. I tried to reinstall RR 4.3 but i get an error that says installation aborted.
I tried to backup, it says it can't find a path.
I have not installed any app. Recent activity: installed CM Glass Theme to phone.
I am really lost on what to do now. Would really appreciate your help.

if you can't even flash with Odin, then I hope you still have warranty

Not sure about the exact issues with SDS. But I can still see it charge, only when I power on, I'm stuck on Samsung logo. Also, I no longer have warranty

Hello everyonne and thank you in advance for your help.
My problem. I brought a Jailbroken g1 from someone and it was working perfectly for the last couple of weeks. Well last night the battery died on it and when i turned it on it went straight to the System recovery utility. well i tried to reboot and i cant everytime i tried it doesnt work. I tried to do Alt w to do a factory reset. Everytime i try to reboot it dont by doing home and back it dont work. So i tried to do a factory reset using the G1OrigBootloader_nocheck and dreaming nbh. but now all i get when i turn it on is the triangle with ! in it and phone laying down. On the Android system recovery Uility window all black with yellow letters says
E: Can't open /cache/recovery/command
when i format and try to install update from sdcard it says
Installing from sdcard...
Finding update package...
Verifying update package...
E: No signature (5 files)
E: Verification failed
Installation aborted
Press Home+Back to reboot
please any help would be helpfull i just wanna get my phone working again.
It had cyanongen 1.4 and i cant find the original owner
so everything was working fine, I had strarburst rom and then try to load zedomax kernal via recovery, so I got to recovery and did a format/system then wipe cache etc.. and then I press power by accident then everything just got screw up, so now I can still get to recovery but I get a lot of errors see below, so anything that I do I get the following ..so I try to load a stock rom/kernal via odin( everything seams smooth because it loads it up,) but phone never reboots i get stock at boot screen.. any suggestions..

got it fix, figure it out after 1 hour of hard searching for info etc..
So I reflashed DU after trying out CM 10.1 for a couple weeks and suddenly my phone freezes. After rebooting, my phone doesn't get past the Galaxy S2 logo so I decided to start up recovery and in recovery mode I notice several errors appear.

E: Can't open /cache/recovery/last_log
In recovery I wasn't able to reflash the rom or even restore my backup! I then decide to restore to EL29 using Odin OC root but now it's stuck at Set Partition. I've retried Odin in different usb ports and with different cables and nothing changes. Does anyone have any Ideas as to what has happened and a fix for this?

I understand you are in a jam, but there is really no need to start a new thread for this if you post the same question on the noob friendly q&a. I have put a suggestion for you in there. Hey guyyyss, I'm begging for help. I'm currently using CM11 TeamCanjica Build11 on my device. It worked fine for 2 weeks, but suddenly yesterday when I want to turn it on, it wont start, its stucked at CM11 Logo, I tried to go on Recovery Mode (CWM), but it said like this :

I've tried re-flashing the STOCKROM (after wipe data, wipe cache, wipe dalvik), the ODIN process is successed, but still it can start, i even tried to flash STOCKROM MB4 (with PIT and CSC files too), and even tried to flash it BACK to GB, but it still stuck on CM11 logo (how could it be still CM11 logo since i've flash it many times with stockrom, i thought it should be samsung logo.)
Does anyone know how I can fix this? Even Samsung Service Centre said that they cant fix this up, heeeelp :'(

i am facing problem with my galaxy note 2 it won't turn up, i have never done anything on my phone whenever i face any problem, i visit to Samsung store, but this time they also couldn't help me, i just forgot to charge my phone next day morning when i tried it to put on charging it wasn't and just got stuck on welcome screen, when i tried to wipe all data there i found
E: failed to mount / Cache (no such file cr directory)
E: can't mount / cache /recovery/last recovery
and similar error it looks like OS is corrupted, Please help me with this if i can try using some method and fix it through custom rom or recovery
