There's two threads in the themes and apps section by master and slave that are introductory theming tutorials if that's what you're looking for. They used to be sticky but I don't think they are anymore

Welcome! You'll find that, for the most part, we're welcoming and nice. A lot of the time you'll find answers to whatever questions/issues you have in the Q&A Section. Just do a search or browse through and you'll find what you're looking for.
I love all the various ROMs in the two developers sections. You can see what I'm currently running in my sig, but there's a ton of awesome ROMs there.

If you have the individual frames saved as individual images you can easily make it yourself with information available in the forums.

im here, in regrad to ask u people for building an android application with the help of android studio, intrested people can join with me and let us build a brand new android applications and collectively push that to playstore, ill be accepting the suggestions comments and your ideas and everybody gets credited equally and please do comment or reply for this even let us do some good work collectively,let us have some fun over here thank you...

Hi there,
Happy with my HTC 11+ so far.
Installed Andromeda and a black theme as well. Looks awesome so far.
Have one problem only. After installing the theme, the Battery icon on the status bar disappeared. Any chance to get this back or to install another Icon from somewhere.

The developer of that theme is highly unlikely to see your post here.
If there is a development thread for that theme, your best chance is to ask there. Also a lot of substratum developers are active on Google+ and or reply to bug reports via E-mail. Not familar with that particular theme, just browsed the forums and saw your question, so I thought I'd reply to you.
