Recovery problem - G3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi, i have a problem here, I installed CWM rec from apk file and successful.
But today i open flashify and i saw the recovery still stock recovery and i try to boot into recovery and it give me a blackscreen and some fastboot thing. So i had to pull the battery out and restart again, then i tried using quickboot to boot into recovery and the same result. I restart again and this time i reboot into recovery from the apk file. And it successful boot into CWM .
My question is is this normal or not? I saw the guide to boot into recovery using power button +vol down button, but it said to factory reset, and it will reset my data if i am on stock recovery.
I am afraid that will reset my data because now i dont know if my CWM rec working normally or not
I hope someone can help me. Thank you & best regard

(Q) No advanced menu in recovery mode.

Hello everyone. Today finally root my note 2 but already got one problem. I use Odin and looks like everything was okey. Odin shows me "PASS" and install SuperSU. After rooting i try go to recovery mode and istall ARHD but when i entering in recovery mode i didnt see anything like "Install zip" Basiclly there is only default menu, "wipe data/ reset, cache etc! What should i do now? I never ever in my life did anything like that so have no idea. Should i remove root and try reroot or i can reroot without stock FW installing?
I believe you need a custom recovery.

Need help after a soft brick

Up until today I have been running revolt/DU 4.3 and other than the usual random reboots and the typical 4.3 problems ,all has been well rebooted all the time. Today I went to reboot my phone and it got stuck on a revolt boot loop. So I tried to several times to get into my cwm recovery wouldn't go. Finally it did and I cleared cache and dalvik and yet another boot loop. I get my upgrade in two, days so I decided to just flash an older version of DU and when I went to reboot, nothing. No recovery, just epic 4 G tough comes up and goes away. I try to manually go into recovery nothing, only thing I have is download mode....even then I get stuck on establishing a connection part before it fails.
If anyone has any idea on how to help it would be greatly appreciated!!

No boot loop, after the logo of the Rom appears, I'm asked for my password.
I don't have any android password
Format data from twrp. Dont confuse it with advanced wipe.
Click on wipe>format data>type yes (this will format your internal storage so take backup of important files) and then reboot
Solved, THX
happens to me once in a while aal i do is reset phone holding power button.
I'm facing the same issue and i'd be extremely grateful if you could tell me how to log back in on my phone or how to back up all my important files

A50 stuck on boot logo after Magisk update

Hi everyone, today I was updating my father phone Magisk app, as usual it downloads and installs the update then it reboots, and boom, it goes stuck on boot screen and i cant do anything.
I attached an image so you can see.
I tried the method to heat up the CPU part i marked in the 2nd photo, but that also didn't work... i sincerely don't know what to do, but especially I don't know what I did wrong because up until that moment it worked great, I changed a lot of roms and it never had any problem
Thank you very much to everyone willing to read and help me!
