3. key input = Q
4. -key input = 0000
5. UE - setting info
6. setting
7. -protocol
8. gcf
9. GSM / EDPRS / WCDMA gcf on

Its not clear (at least its not clear to me) what you are asking. You said you unlocked - but you do not know how.....how to what? Did you already unlock it or are you asking how to unlock it?
is locked, but i don't know how unlock ? i'm trying UnlockRiver but is not supported,
My cell it has carrier of sprint, but i want other carrier AT&T,
when I put the sim card, isn't has option of code, I've seen videos but I do not know how to do this?

hey bro use this code ##72786# and tap on yes. hurray you will see that phone will restart and your sim will unlock. now you can use call and data services..

Check out GalaxSim Unlock on Google Play to see if this app is available for Sprint Note 2.
It works well on N7100 International version.

Did you check in Sprint section for another solution?
I want to buy the tmobile Galaxy Note 3, root it, then region unlock it. Will I be able to use it in China with a local sim? is root/region unlock only possible with model N9005? or should it be the same with the 900T? Thanks.
N900T isn't region locked. Just SP locked. I'm currently using mine in London. UK.

I have rooted this phone, flashed TWRP Recovery and Flashed an unlock zip package which modified the baseband frequency of the phone with sprint. This modded unlock package is suppose to allow using the phone outside the USA...is for blacklisted phone of this post ONLY. But I haven't left the USA to test it yet. I return to Yucatan, Mexico in 5 days and will update this post...

Just bought a locked S6 edge, it's locked to BTC bahamas telecom company and they said they don't unlock phones. So what's my next option? Is there like a T-Mobile version of OS that I can just put on it and if so, will that unlock it? Sorry, I'm not that unknowledgeable about this whole process. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks

Lock in Ebay, lock unlock remote G925T, for 25 us the can unlock your phone.

do this ,, insert your sim card & if asks for a unlock code then just buy one from ebay or cellunlock etc etc ... there are plenty to chose from ...

Yes it does ask for unlock PIN code. I tried globalunlock and they could not unlock it.
