Download any stock rom from your region and pull the Czech Language files from system/sipdb (zipfile) and system/VODB and add them to your current setup in those same locations.
@anees02 if you have a link to a CZ rom, id be more than happy to test. Cygwin and Win10 arent playing nice for me or id use the tar.

In fact that i want another language (Arabic language)
And i have a link to CSC file...is this file for the language?
I know a lot of developers translate all system apps to local language and add these app in a custom ROM.
Although there is a stock local language firmware but for another model.
For example :-
There is an Arabic native support firmware for models SM-N910C & SM-N910FD.
Could i pull the system languages of the above models and put it in our model SM-N910P ?

i just deleted a rom i believe that didnt have cs_CZ but did have SA. whats the link to the rom, the N910Fs are getting crazy with what languges Devs choose to include and leave out.
If you have a backup made, sure, go for the 2 files to add to the folders mentioned in the prior posts. That should allow for full language support, including settings and sub menus

So your deleted rom is a custom rom not stock?
I have a stock rooted rom and i want to add Arabic Language.
And you know there's any possibility to use system language files for other models to our model.
And about N910F models i don't understand what do you mean.
Did this model has a lot of languages list ?
Or
The developers couldn't add more languages to it?

I originally started my search for roms pertaining to CZ languages. Sammobile indicated N910F was Czech(Vodafone(VDC),OC2, and ETL)
Thats where the N910F reference came into play.
An yes, while N910F is interntional, Devs who put out roms seem to only include the bare minimum when it comes to languages(not keyboard langauges). and the Czech stock roms seem to be obsolete.

[How to] Add Chinese Input Method

I have been trying out some of the custom roms for the sgs2 and find that most of them lack the chinese input method. Searching throughout the Samsung Galaxy forums, I am unable to find much info on it so I created this thread to help the few who would find this useful. This is inclusive of all the default samsung chinese input methods (pinyin, cangjie, bpmf, stroke, and handwritting).
For chinese input on the sgs2 you will need to extract the chinese input apk and its libraries from a chinese rom into the current rom you are using.
Chinese rom list: ZS-KF1, ZS-KF4, ZS-KG2 (available on samfirmware)
Just grab these files from any of those chinese roms:
/system/app/samsungIME.apk
/system/app/samsungIME.odex
/system/lib/libhandwritelib.so
/system/lib/libjni_pinyinime.so
/system/lib/libjni_secime.so
/system/lib/libXT9.so
If you want to import this to a deodexed rom then you can deodex the samsungIME.apk+odex files with help from this thread created by sicopat

Hope you find this helpful

Yes, for third party Chinese input support there are Touchpal, Sogou, Iflytek, Baidu input, and more, but not all of those have traditional chinese support. Regardless, this method is for those that want to use the built in Samsung input method.

well。we can choose the one has traditional input...But your post is great
Theoretically, would this method work for any "missing" language?
not sure about all languages but you can try the other libraries that pertain to the samsung keyboard.
/system/lib/libjni_latinime.so
/system/lib/libjnigraphics.so
/system/lib/libXt9core.so
and the language files under
/system/T9DB

Will this work for TRADITIONAL chinese input as well? Can I extract it from the HK ROMs...Such as the HK I9100ZSKG2?
i use multiling keyboard.. it has chinese handwriting n hanyu pinyin..
i'm using SCUT gPen繁體版手寫輸入法..
perfect for traditional chinese handwriting input

multiling keyboard appears to offer the ㄅㄆㄇㄈ input, the other app i mentioned is actual handwriting input (i.e. writing each word out to get the actual characters)
for simplified Chinese which support handwriting, there are DioPen from Hanvon in DXKH2 AND DXKI4, If I used other ROM then I used Guobi Input. you can find many input from here: http://www.3gfan.com/class/346_1.htm

Who can give me stock rom??because i want to make a rom.If stock rom is format .tar how use this in kitchen?need to change .tar to .zip?
You said in my topic("anyone can give me stock rom") to post here and i posted
So, here are my question about ROM's :
1) What is the real goal of a ROM ? Providing new themes and cool fonts ? Does it improves performance or does it comes with real new fonctionnalities ?
2) I tried some ROM like Hybrid, Sense Aurora.. But after installing them on my phone, the french language (yes, I am ) wasn't available. Should I change CSC after installing a new ROM ?
3) Now a question a bit more technical (I study in computer sciences).. Why a ROM like CyanogenMod need a custom Kernel ?
Thank you in advance

you can get one from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1465800.XXLA2 is the latest european.but kitchen cant decompile these img files.you must use a backup from your rom.thats the way i did it.but also download the firmware from the link igave to take the boot.img from there.
So, here are my question about ROM's :

well on another phone i had before this...
i had csutom settings,,
like management of governors and io...in return both either gives you better response or save battery..
my older phone doesnt support gb or live wallpapers.so after doing a custom rom..i now had that features..
as for the galaxy y..
so far the custom rom are just themed and a2sd support and removed bloatware,,
make your phone fast and lite but still basically is pretty much like the stock roms...
just looks better,functionality,,
naaa,,,long way to go,,
a2sd was just made to work couple of days ago...
no oc,no undervoltage..so nothing much really..
2) I tried some ROM like Hybrid, Sense Aurora.. But after installing them on my phone, the french language (yes, I am ) wasn't available. Should I change CSC after installing a new ROM ?
there are instructions on each rom on how to install,,,
3) Now a question a bit more technical (I study in computer sciences).. Why a ROM like CyanogenMod need a custom Kernel ?
for the above mentioned,,,
cm,,is a very customizable rom itself,,
without the custom kernel,,its just a themed stock rom...
Thank you in advance

Every Stock ROM has 3 parts:
PDA, CSC, Modem
PDA - it is the kernel, Android OS, the user interface, and all the applications
CSC - Carrier Specific Configuration (maybe) - this part has setting for a given provider's setup (Internet access, voicemail numbers, default homepages, sometimes carrier bloatware, etc...)
Modem - this is the phone, wifi, bluetooth, fm radio functionality
The naming convention of a Stock ROM package specifies, which languages, network providers and communication frequencies supported by a given pack.
For example:
S5360XXLA2_S5360OXXLA2_RST_S5360XXLA2_HOME.tar.md5
S5360DXLA1_S5360OLBLA1_S5360DXLA1_HOME.tar.md5
The package name consist of the following parts in order: PDA, CSC, Modem
coding
PDA:
S5360 - implicit, the phone model
XX: landcode - specifies which countries, languages supported by the user interface. In this case XX is multilang european build for countries Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom, languages de,en,es,fr,hu,it,nl,pt(cs,da,el,fi,no,pl,sl,sv,tr )
DX: Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam. Languages: en,id,ms,th,vi,zh(ta)
LA2 - version build identifier: L for 2012, A for January, 2 for second build
CSC:
S5360 - implicit, the phone model
OXX: Multi CSC for several european countries. Included country codes: ATO AUT COS CPW CYO CYV EIR EUR FOP ITV MOO PAN PHE SUW TPH XEF XEH XEO XEU XEZ XSK
OLB: Multi CSC for SE Asia. Country codes: GLB MM1 SIN SMA STH THL XEV XME XSE XSP XTC XTE
LA2 - build id, same as above
Modem
letter code meaning same as PDA, sometimes the modem is different (older) version as PDA, not all packs have new modem.
So back to your question, If you need french lang support, then you have to choose firmwares in its name "XX" in the PDA version
But replacing CSC will not give you additional lang support.

You don't need any zip or tar file. Install Root Explorer and then copy system folder to SD card. Then install Terminal emulator and write -
su
dd if=/dev/block/bml7/boot.img of=/sdcard/boot.img
You will get a copy of boot.img in your sdcard
Now connect phone to PC and on desktop make a folder named WORKING_STOCK and copy both, the boot.img and SYSTEM folder from SD card to the folder. This is your Stock ROM

[ROM][MIUIv5][JB-4.2.2] MIUIandroid 3.6.28 for t0lteatt - Korean language input

[ROM][MIUIv5][JB-4.2.2] MIUIandroid 3.6.28 for t0lteatt
hello, i tried to post within the above rom page, but i don't have permission to... so i'm posting it here
I installed MIUIandroid 3.6.28 rom and in love with the cool effects and screen goodies but only problem i'm having is the language input where Korean is not an option. I will need to type in Korean to communicate with my family and friends but input options does not have Korean available. Tried to search google and in this forum but no luck (specific for Galaxy note 2 device which i'm using)
Does anyone know how to add Korean language onto this ROM after I install the rom? will future update have Korean language on it?
I love to use this ROM but without the language support I can't use it.
thanks in advance and for awesome site!! (i've been reading xda for long but never posted until now, ^_^)
I'm not the dev, but, I cant imagine that he would be including Korean language pack, since he speaks english..
There might be a way of adding Korean language to it, since it is a Chinese based rom, but I do not know how that is done..
Maybe someone else can help you

You can change the language, as it got multiple language. Bring the drop down notification menu and hit the settings icon on top right corner. Then go to "Language & Input" (look for a white key icon with "A" in it). The first option within that is the language selection.
If even after changing to English, you see Chinese apps, then its the Chinese firmware that is on your mobile. You should then update to the International version firmware. That firmware is downloadable from here: http://consumer.huawei.com/en/support/downloads/detail/index.htm?id=17022
Thanks!
Thanks!

You can't do that.
So either install custom ROM that has the language or localize all system apps one by one.
I don't know why Samsung just add 6 languages to their US phones.
It could make the option to the user to download the interface language as he/she wants.
